It was fine. Used drive-thru. We ordered our normal caramel frappe and hot chocolate with a basket of fries to share. Everything was good. Fast service.
This Mcdonald’s has never disappointed in the years i have been coming here. Chicken nuggets are both crispy and juicy, the fries are always perfect, and the efficiency is unstoppable. the great mcdonald’s location i have ever had the pleasure of eating at.
Very fast on the mobile order line, less than five minutes! My order was customized per sandwich and they were accurate making my food. Overall a good experience. The drive through line looked like it was moving at a steady pace without a bunch of cars parking and waiting. It's a nice building and clean on the outside.

We came around 10:30pm July 17th; Nike was beyond great. The whole staff seemed productive and friendly. Best mcdonald's I've been to in a long long time. Thanks to everyone.
We got fresh coffee and hot food . Mid day stop while out shopping . Restroom was clean .
Takes to long sometimes to go through the drive thru but everyone is always nice
Breakfast sandwiches are delicious. My go-to place when I am on the road! Drive thru service IS AWESOME!
They were out of shakes. Which I see as a problem. If you offer it. Then have it available. They should have like a revolving menu where if there shake machine is down it doesn't show the option for shakes on menu. Right? Other than that. This McDonald's was very nice and services were great
We like to get ice cream cones or Sundays as a treat from time to time. Nice size cones. Drive through does take along time and you usually have to pull ahead and wait if you order food. Cones are generally quick though and generous in size.
Slow service, but friendly. My fries are always hot and perfectly salted.

I love using the McDonald's app, in and out of the drive through very quickly
McDonalds in Dowagiac is okay, they try but still a little wait to get the food.
