This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks. However within the last year it seems like there's nobody to keep it clean. The bathroom floors are nasty. Wow, this place looks great and decorative but this one girl has such an attitude and needs to be removed from this location. The rest were great but she is just terrible. Her response towards other customers, her lack of urgency seriously needs to be shaped up. Very light skinned girl, blonde hair
This is not the first time I got bad drink from them. I thought maybe just a accident . But … after today … I am done with this Starbucks spot . My order is so watery like last time and the time before . . . Just milk mixed with flavor liquid and cream . Wow….how terrible!!!
This places consistently gets my order wrong. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because sometimes they get my daughters order right. The Starbucks in Ellicott City is better. This one needs to be closed!
Update online inventory please. Second time they charged me for peach juice blend without putting any in drink. This is laziness and not fair to customers when it costs money and they refuse to check food items before putting out of stock bags. Someone is lazy here

Very positive experience at this Starbucks. Part of my order was taken by someone I assume with the same name because she left her bland sandwich behind in place of mine. The baristas not only gave me a gift card for the trouble but replaced the stolen food.
