Went there for a late take out as they were about the close. The lady was very nice to let me order and have it ready within 10 minutes.
Ordered basil fried rice with chicken and drunken noodles with beef. Everything was very delicious, plenty of vegetables. However I wish there were more flat rice

I love Thai heaven but please STOP WRAPPING THE RICE IN PLASTIC WRAP!! It's not sanitary, it makes the rice taste terrible, and makes it rock hard/overall inedible.
We went there on Memorial Day and the food was awesome. The waitress was really nice with us and took care of us very well. A must visit place if you’re looking for Thai food in the area.

Update 1/22/19: new management, total modern overhaul, very snazzy by the Thai tea and dumpling guy from the Waverly and JFX farmers markets. Great chive dumplings, drunken noodles and pad Thai today. Inside (east) of I-695, not easy to see in a small business strip on the south side of Frederick Rd
We have been looking for a Thai restaurant that is very good in the Elkridge area for a while now and came across this one in Catonsville online. I was excited to try it based on the reviews but was disappointed as the expectation was not the delivery. I ordered online and had to pay an online fee.
