They still make great donuts. Visited Krispy Kreme for the first time in years. I had four, two melt in your mouth glazed and two delicious cookie doughs. Stopped there on the way from my appointment with my dietician.

It's sad. I used to love Krispy Kreme. but now it seems every time I go there the sign that says "HOT Donuts" is always lit. But low and behold, never any hot donuts. Turn the darn sign off if your not actually serving them fresh/hot. False advertising And yeah I know its donuts but cmon.

It's disorganized if you go inside, the staff is slow, they are trying thier best but seem lost and confused so it can take awhile. It just seems like they need better training. As for the doughnuts, I've had good doughnuts from here and on other trips not so good, so it's a mixed bag. I'd hesitate
