Ordered a breast and wing meal and as you can see, the wing is no bigger than my thumb. Unacceptable for what they charge for a meal. What a shame that a restaurant would think this is acceptable to serve a customer who keeps them in business. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is the young man
I ordered from this store and the package arrived in a terrible state. When I tried to contact the store, the executive was extremely rude and refused to void the transaction. The order was completely spilled and in a wet state, I had to pick it up from a different location even though I had ordered
Small chicken size. Known to sell stale chicken. Chicken gave my mother a case of diarrhea. Would give no stars if possible. Window worker was nice though.
Food was good and as expected but absolutely nobody was wearing their masks even over their mouths, just on their chins. I get that y'all have to talk into the microphones and the masks can muffle it but not by much. It calls into question how often folks are washing their hands, etc.
I ordered original recipe chicken legs and when I brought them home, they were extra crispy, burnt, and left under the lights probably all day. I couldn’t even chew them they were like rubber.
Never coming again, speaker at the window said “here” while returning my card. Order was wrong, and they do not have a working store number. I regret ever finding this location.
Man, it's 2022 and they still have their dine-in seating closed... It was quite disappointing. Hopefully it opens up soon.
Everything was great, from the customer service from the moment I walked in, to the food, to the atmosphere. Definitely the best KFC I've ever been to! Keep it up guys! P.S I was skeptical, but the Donut Chicken Sandwich is superb!
