Im writing this review as I’m eating bc it’s sooooo good! I’m from Oaxaca and this is a delicious reminder of home. Definitely get the carnitas and pastor tacos and a side or beans, rice, chips & salsa. Well worth the price and really good especially after a surf 🤙🏽

My boyfriend and I stopped in this little town and didnt know what to eat, but we are glad we stopped at this place. We had the best rolled tacos that we have ever eaten. Salsas were great too! Thank you .

Best Mexican food you’ll find in a 30 mile radius. Lovely family that runs it, always making delicious food. Spicy Asada burrito is a must

Great little gas station next to the beach. Tons of little stores close by as well. The gas pumps are super slow but everything is slow paced around here!

Best kept secret in Cayucos. Quick, friendly and delicious. As of march 2023 they still require a mask, no big deal. The food is worth it if anyone is inconvenienced by mask wearing. Highly recommend!

The cheapest (and only) gas in town, the gas station is barely operating, but you wanted to hear about the taquería, right? I loved the Cayucos burrito, which somehow manages to stuff fries into an already excellent burrito that is heavy on the meat. A great selection of Jarritos sodas, extremely affordable. And they were actually enforcing the mask mandate, turning someone away who refused to put on a free provided mask. A couple tables outside draw utility workers, beachgoers, and tourists, but I recommend eating on the pier just a block to the south.

The food at the “deli” is extremely fresh and I highly recommend the burritos, especially the breakfast burritos, which are around ten dollars each. The burritos are pretty heavy, and are almost 10 inches long in length, so one should be more than enough for the average person. The other items on the menu are great too, but I don’t recommend getting the tacos unless they’re discounted, as they’re pretty small and didn’t taste as good as the other items. As for the bakery, I’d stay away since there are sometimes fruit flies hovering over the items, and the food isn’t as fresh as advertised.

The Mexican deli taco burrito shop inside gas station ( mkt) is it! Great food and decent prices. We can afford to eat at the beach RIGHT ON. Burgers are great too. Not sure if it has a name but it’s inside… yup gas station food can be good! Taco bowl salad and carne asada fries.

Best burritos I've found in the area while working on a job there. I've tried other places but keep going back to this place and I am never disappointed.

WOW. If you come through Cayucos definitely plan a stop here because I've had the best burrito in my life here. Each bite was perfectly balanced with a huge helping of cheese, meat (I had the Pastor) and rice! Every single bite was absolutely delicious and I will be dreaming about this burrito for a while. 10/5 stars!!!

If you’re looking for a super local, hole-in-the-wall, authentic Mexican cuisine, THIS is the place for you. My favorite order is the chicken tacos with extra lime and the hot sauce. I eat it every week. Incredible

The little deli tucked in the back of the gas station is legit! It doesn’t matter what you order it is all good! I’ve have the burrito, quesadilla, tacos, asada fries, burger. It’s always amazing!
