College Hill location is the worst!! Order from app about one time a week and always seem to be a problem with every delivery. Call store and "nothing" they can do about it but come back, get the food and remake the order. Already takes an hour from app order to delivery and will not wait two hours

Tastes like every other Jimmy John’s and they have the cheapest delivery charge ever possible. Always super fast delivery. I'm about 2 miles away and from start to finish is about 10 minutes for ordering. Kudos to the delivery guy that made his own drink carrier. Saves a lot of waste. Delicious everytime

I like Jimmy Johns, but I will never go back to this location. I had a take out order. I had to get a sack and a cup myself. None were offered to me, and by the time I realized that they weren't going to give me a cup or a sack, they had left the counter.

They forgot my cookie when they delivered, went back and brought it to me. 10/10 for the customer service. Thanks JJ’s ❤️

Amazing. Amazing customer service and my sandwich was ready by the time I got done paying. They are FREAKY FAST! I would suggest this to anyone in the Cedar Falls area who is looking for a delicious meal with a strict time frame.
