Thanks ...the staff was fast and we enjoyed it. Grabbing a 20pc and 2 kids meals... cant believe how many flavors they have.....I couldn't choose
boneless hot wings with ranch is my favorite. Clean and safe place to hang out with family and friends. Customer service is awesome 👌
The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The parking lot was full but there wasn't a lot of people inside. There is an outside dining area. They were implementing social distancing, people were sitting at every other booth or table. The staff had on facial coverings. My honey had Desert heat wings, I had chipotle bbq wings which was recommended by our waiter named Toland. He had excellent customer service. We've had him once before and he did great. We also observed him treating the other tables that he was waiting on the same. Great customer service always make your food taste better. Thanks, Toland for your great customer service! We will be returning again.🙂
The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of the EXCELLENT customer service received from Autumn. Very professional, attentive, friendly & on top of the table service game. Autumn provided the best service I've ever had at a BWW. Great knowledge of the menu from drinks to food. Was always one step ahead. I didn't have to ask for extra napkins or to remove dishes from the table. It's been about 30 years since I was a waitress but I do remember when your drink gets to a certain level it should be refilled. Autumn was spot on it. Even with drinks from the bar Autumn asked before I even finished. I really appreciate the job well done & will definitely return asking for Autumn of course! KUDOS! Keep up the great work, smile & don't let anyone steal your joy!
Took a little while to get our food, and everything came out at different times... But it was a busy Sunday night with the games on so not overly surprised. Staff was nice and service was quick!
Came in on a busy night for pick up and the food was ready on time. Everything was in the bag. People were getting seated and checked out fast. I'd come here over a different location anytime.
The hostess was super friendly and making sure we were doing ok. The various wings we ordered were fantastic.
