Always love going to Panera! The food is always very good, and has a good selection of foods to choose from.

This was our blessing yesterday.. Toby is still off work, I’ve had a busy n frustratingly physical week and am fighting illness again. I had dinner planned n all I needed in the fridge. After work, I actually relaxed for an hour only to go back downstairs n hear water running...but no taps are on. After some investigation, Toby pulled our new dishwasher out, at which point much dinging and then water pouring from below the unit occurred. The supply line cracked. It sprayed water all over my new cabinets, effectively ruining them, and also into my wall, causing more damage. The bottom of the dishwasher has water everywhere. There’s water all over my floor. I spend almost an hour on the phone with LG service, trying my best to understand the broken English of the Asian woman on the other end, only to be told it will be 3-5 days before I even get a CALL from LG to schedule. My water is shut off, my kitchen is a disaster, its almost 7:00 and I can’t make the dinner I had planned. The teenager is home, my husband is hungry n frustrated, so we order Panera bread delivery..or try to, twice I had to call the store and have them refresh their system, y’know glitches � they were very polite and respectful regarding the issue, and as it’s still a new system I fully understand. Morgan must’ve heard the desperation in my voice during my last call, because she actually asked me if I was ok. I explained our predicament, that I was beyond stressed out and was just trying to make sure my family was fed. They rushed our order to us, upgraded the size of all our soups, and even sent some pastries for no charge! I thanked the delivery guy more times than I could count. Thank you #PaneraBread on Edgewood Road SW in Cedar Rapids Iowa for being wonderfully caring people and thinking of someone else even when you are busy being a business! You went above and beyond the expectations of service and my family thanks you!
Food is ALWAYS fabulous at Panera
However, I was disappointed to see the bathroom trash overflowing. We also had to pass on several empty tables that were pretty dirty, we settled on one with the least amount of crumbs left on it. And this was at 2:00 pm, and it wasn't busy at all.
Fast, friendly and speedy service. Looks like a well managed place!
Love Panera bagels and love their rewards program. The salad and sandwich were awesome.

We are very pleased with customer service with this location, general mgr was outstanding! As we live closer to the council St location, they were out of the pastry rings so we asked if they could call the other side of town to see if they had any, they were out as well BUT the gen. Mgr on duty said they would make us one! Not only did the mgr make us one it was hot and ready when we picked it up!!! Fantastic service!!
A good place to eat however I find that it's a bit pricey. The food is good but sometimes inconsistent. I would highly recommend their bakery stuff and the food is fine.
Local meeting place in the morning for our seniors, networking people and sweet Bible study groups! LOVE the hometown atmosphere without the grease!
Everything was absolutely delicious. I only gave 4 stars because the Mac n cheese was ice cold in the middle. Otherwise Everything was great...
Usually I like Panera bread. Don't know if it was a bad day or wrong place, but the pasta I received was pretty dry and I was chewing extra for most part, the tomato soup wasn't that good either. Also the side drink from cooler was pretty diluted and frankly unimpressive (don't remember which one, some peach thing I think). But they hosted me for 3 hours without a complain, their WiFi is good enough and in general the servers were quite friendly.
I always go for panera especially if I want fast food. The drive through is a fabulous idea and should be cloned in the rest of the stores in the area. Sometimes I just can't move me and all my stuff fast enough to go inside and order and wait and carry my meal out. Of course, you should also consider cloning your friendly front counter staff and your clean restrooms.
This review appears to be about all Panera stores. I only go to a few, obviously, in my area. They have several cool features, great bakery content, and always good wholesome food.
