Seriously delicious food, chill down to earth atmosphere, the owner was very accommodating. A true gem, I'm glad we stumbled upon it.

Service was not perfect- a bit slow and uninvolved until the owner started taking care of us and he was a lot of fun and did a great job. It was our first time being there so might have been a fluke.

Delightfully old school long standing tavern made semi famous by artist Marvin Cone with his 1945 painting "Little Bohemia". Classic stop if you are visiting NewBo/Czech Village for the first time.

It is a tiny little bar with a mostly typical bar menu of sandwiches and appetizers, but there was a Czech gem on the menu. The Jalapeno Poppers were huge and flavorful without being very hot.
