We quickly receive our order every time we stop here, and the employees are always very nice.
The drive through is rough to get through because it is a tight squeeze and the ground is rough.
The new Thin Mints Blizzard and Oreo Dirt Pie Blizzard are both really good.

Good food, but they asked us twice if we wanted everything on our sandwich, and we said no, we wanted it plain, and we still had everything on our sandwich. Not a bad experience, or too big of a deal, but it was a bit of an inconvenience. When someone asks for something a specific way, it's cause they don't like what's on it, and they had to eat it with everything they don't like. Our blizzard was also fairly melted.

The last few times we have been to this location the ice cream is really soft and runny! The serving size is smaller compared to other locations?? We will drive to a different location until your quality improves!

Stopped in today to pick up blizzard, 3 employees made eye contact with me, none of them said a word, I stood in line for 5 minutes with no help just employees looking at me... I just left and went to a dairy queen that was more then happy with my business.... If it was me take down that stupid wall your employees hide behind!!! Don't worry I will never be back so no response needed for a business that doesn't care!

Went for free cone day. The website advertised all day free small vanilla cone. Waited in line, got to the order screen, and they said its only from 2-4. Verified again on website it says all day. 🤷‍♀️ Extra rude since the way their drive thru is setup makes it impossible to leave the line at that point.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. The young lady that was taking the order at 745 through the drive thru was very rude and didn't have good manners. Then they handed the banana split to me the strawberry sause leaked out and got all over my hand and dipped all over my seat and steering wheel. They gave us no napkins and had to put it in a plastic bag I had in the car as it was super runny. I got home,cleaned the car and then set the 3 items on the counter and realized that the health blizzard had hardly any candy pieces in it, the cookie dough one had only 5 pieces of cookie dough in it and the banana split looked terrible as the ice cream was very soupy. The ice cream was not all the way frozen on tasted terrible. I will not be going to the Johnson Ave DQ ever again. The photos were taken 5 minutes after I received it. The restaurant was easy to find with ample parking. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean and easy to find. Overall the place was clean. My family all ordered milkshakes to go, once on the road my husbands milkshake cup split down the middle, making a mess in our car. The cups were of a very poor quality and with very little pressure split. Had the cup held I would have rated higher.

Very busy place. The drive thru wait was extremely long and going inside wasn't much quicker. Suffering the same problem as most fast food, not enough staff. Restaurant was fairly clean and staff was very friendly.

Ordered a #7 chix sandwich on 5/6, order repeated back, receipt 7657 says that's what I ordered, but I have a pulled pork sandwich and the drive through person's attitude was just plain wooden. Service here has dropped over the last few years. Regularly Disppointing

The blizzards we got tonight were terrible. When we got home my girlfriend discovered hers didn't have any topping in it past the top few bites. Mine was the consistancy of a shake made with too much milk, seems they made it and it set on the counter to let it melt while we waited in line at the drive thru.

If I could give it a zero I would. Took my kids in today for a mother's day lunch. Although they were not very busy it took a half an hour to get our food. It was smokey in the dining room from the old fryer oil and our fried food was all dark and gross. Change your fryer oil!! For the love of God my clothes even smell like old oil just from sitting in the dining room for 45 minutes.

Most disappointing blizzard ever. Such a bummer. Ordered strawberry cheesecake. Specifically said please do NOT blend it too much. I like mine chunky. I get it home and it was simply a cup of strawberry ice cream. They blended it so thoroughly that there was not 1 strawberry or chunk of cheesecake!! So freaking annoying. But too much of a pain to take it back. This happens half the time I go there and I always request they not over blend. Grrrrrrr! Seriously, Blizzards are supposed to be chunky!!!!!!!

I was going to message but, I couldn’t figure out how to do it on my phone. Anyways I was in tonight about 8pm. My wife & I are regulars and have never had a complaint. I took a picture of my blizzard when I received it tonight I was going to share to let you know the product quality tonight was subpar. The blizzard cup was really messy and it was pretty underfilled. When I received the blizzard it looked like I had already eaten 1/3 of it. I do have the picture of someone would like to see it.

Ice cream is great, but most of the other menu items are fair at best. The chicken strip lunch is a good deal, but the chicken is tough. The decor is dated and could use a serious update. If you want a great ice cream treat, then head on over, otherwise I'd pass and pay a little more.

I live like 3 or 4 blocks from the dairy queen on Johnson ave I use to like going there. But the last 4 times I have been there the ice cream taste like ice milk and the cones are baby sizes if I pay 2 something for a cone I expect it to be normal size not a baby cone now I have to drive all the way over to 6 the st

Let me start by saying, we love Dairy Queen, just not this location. Tonight my 6 year old and I came to the drive thru and did not get our entire order and when I went into the store to enquire about my daughters missing fries, I was told they never ordered but that I could purchase them right then. I know the fries were ordered because there was a staff member standing in the drive thru taking orders (because the intercom was not working). She repeated my order back to me and then said the full order over the headset..both times french fries were said. I was not supplied with an itemized receipt, so to the best of my knowledge I was charged for the fries which I never received. Very disappointed. My daughter didn't understand why we could get the fries we paid for and neither do I.

Our family lives within walking distant from here. We eat here 3 to 4 times a week. Wanted to order large family size order of onion rings. Until I found out you charge 50 cents for a tiny little cup of ranch....ridiculous!! It would take 6 to 8 tiny little bitty cups to manage a family onion rings. Which almost doubles the price. I think not!! When did you start this B.S.
