And yet another awesome customer service experience! I took the dog over to Burger King tonight to get him his favorite cheeseburger and was looking at their menu when the girl asked me if she could take my order. I told her just a moment please. Normally when I do this I don't hear anything and the person just waits for me. This girl and mediately asked me if there was anything she could do to help me or answer any questions I might have. I did have a question because my eyesight is getting pretty bad and I can't read the menu. When I got to the window she quickly engaged me and friendly conversation and was extremely upbeat and enthusiastic. I asked her what her name was and told her she did a really good job. Instead of just telling me thank you, she immediately asked me why I thought she did a good job. I told her it was because she asked me if I needed help and she said she could tell by the sound of my voice that I might have a question. That's good paying attention to detail and the tone of my voice which is a trigger that the customer is giving you. That shows she paid attention and was engaged in our interaction. I was more than just a customer and the number, she really cared about helping me. This wasn't like a typical Burger King experience , this was special. This girl's name was Kyle and she works at the Edgewood Road Burger King. She's absolutely fantastic! She even told me about The Guest Survey and that by taking it I could get a free whopper sandwich. I was definitely going to take it either way after the wonderful job this girl did. Great customer service does exist!

I met the Easter bunny named Jen and Casey sweetest and funniest people at this location loved them ♥️

Service was a little slow, but seems to be everywhere so not gonna hold it against them. Food was typical fast foot burgers and fries. They have plenty of options and prices are fair.
