They were closing early, messed up our order and then when we went back the next day to get it fixed (per the manager on duty), she seemed upset and annoyed about it.

The food was semi warm and isnt as good as it used to be.the last fish sand.i had was greesy and seemed like was just warmed up and not freshly made.

The dining room tables were all dirty. Bathroom doors were sticky. Food was good but the restaurant left much to be desired.

One of the better McDonald's in the CR area. Staff is usually friendly and fast drive-up service. Food is always good, hot and fresh. Order is always correct which is a huge plus considering I order for my 4 kids. I have ordered from other CR McDs and something is always missing, usually the dipping sauce which always upsets kids.

This place is like every other McDonald's you go to the slow as all get up. And the employees have a very negative attitude most of the time, I wouldn't recommend going here I would go to Burger King if I was you they actually treat you like a customer should be treated and they have a better menu selection as opposed to what McDonald's can offer yeah McDonald's is good but Burger King is much more better

Will not be going to this McDonald’s anymore!!! They forgot my sandwich after double checking the bag and telling me that it was all there got home and no sandwich drove back got the same lady had tell her again after saying in the speaker what was missing. My fries were now stone cold so I asked for some fresh fries and was told I don’t get fries and then slammed the window on me!!!!

We've been here 4 times in the past 4 weeks and each time the stupid shake machine is down. How is that possible?? Shamrock shakes are our favorite and they're only around for a month. We will probably stop going to this location. Get it fixed¡!!!!!!!!!!!!
