Go about 3-4x a week and get a large black coldbrew, half the time it’s great the other half it tastes like water and looks like iced tea:/ employees are always great though. My favorite coldbrew when it’s made correctly!
Constantly out of basic donuts (even early in the morning, not like afternoons) but still lets you order until you get up to the drive through youre unaware that they are our of everything, gave me a drink and added cinnamon (I'm pretty allergic so that sucked). Service was good and employees were friendly. Not very happy with the managers or owner's not sure who they were. 3 of them walked right past us and made no comment such as hi how are you etc. Wondering where the employees got their customer service skills as it wasn't from the management.
One of my favorites. Love my coffee. Tried the Brown sugar cold brew with sweet cold foam. Yum. I will order it again! Weekend staff alway are quick to offer a pup cup and my dog...loves to hear "lets go to Dunkin" Can you say spoiled. Great service!
The doughnuts are good enough. If I come through here it's usually early and seems like it may be either understaffed or just not staffed by morning people. Order accuracy is about 50% which is pretty low in my book. Occasionally the coffee has been cold which is not great. This place is a good meas
Every time I go come to the drive through this is the food I end up with… sloppy and careless. I shouldn’t have to reassemble my sandwich.
I have been coming to the edgewood rd dunkin’ donuts semi consistently for the last 3 years, (about 2-3 time a week). However, this will all be coming to a sad ending because of a new manager named nikki. As I was in the store, nikki was working with 2 other girls and seemed to just be joking around
What a rip off I've never seen a glazed donut that wasn't just smothered in glaze nope they take each donut and dip just the top in icing and the only way you're getting Bavarian cream is if you buy the tiniest donut on this planet go to Casey's instead or kum and go way better donuts
