Reviews of Dunkin'

Constantly out of basic donuts (even early in the morning, not like afternoons) but still lets you order until you get up to the drive through youre unaware that they are our of everything, gave me a drink and added cinnamon (I'm pretty allergic so that sucked). Can never help with refunds and instead just offers gift cards. Sorry but this location has something going on and I would not recommend going here. When a company with the donuts in the name I feel you shouldn't be out before 11am on a Saturday morning and should plan a little better.

I have been coming to the edgewood rd dunkin’ donuts semi consistently for the last 3 years, (about 2-3 time a week). However, this will all be coming to a sad ending because of a new manager named nikki. As I was in the store, nikki was working with 2 other girls and seemed to just be joking around with eachother more than them being in an actual work environment?? All the while talking about inappropriate workplace conversations such as (taking molly, and smoking marijuana. Second, the person that was in front of me in line to order inside had commented to me on how rude she was taking his order, which is exactly the same treatment i had received. I don’t know if this nikki girl has not been trained before or if she is just choosing to be a disrespectful person, but she is one person i know i would never hire in a business setting, especially one where customer service is so important.

The doughnuts are good enough. If I come through here it's usually early and seems like it may be either understaffed or just not staffed by morning people. Order accuracy is about 50% which is pretty low in my book. Occasionally the coffee has been cold which is not great. This place is a good measuring stick for how your day is about to go. Cold coffee and wrong doughnuts? Call it in and go back to bed.
