Went in last night we weren’t greeted until after we switched booths! When we where we didn’t get the run down of the specials just thrown menus asked what we wanted to drink, I got a French dip wasn’t impressed it was just lunch meat roast beef and overly salty. I think they could add another server to the shift so the bar tender can focus on the bar because that’s what she seemed to do, there where other people I overheard complain about the service last night as well, I probably wouldn’t come back, there’s a lot of places close to the Ramada with better service! Maybe something the owners ought to think about when making staffing decisions

Service started out good. Ordered food. Had a beer, wings and another beer. Got the wings they were just warm. Asked for my tab, Got my bill put down a credit card waited forever for her to get my change. My first beer never got picked up, my empty plate was there forever. I would have had more beer but could not get good service. I will not be back.

I was actually in the bar last night for the same "event" another reviewer left. The reviewer seemed to forget to mention many of the customers purposely caused problems last night and went out of their way to make the bartenders night h*ll. They failed to mention at the end, the entertainment hired sat smirking as people cussed at the bartender for closing down for the evening and tried forcing her to remain open. A gentlemen (I presume management) stepped in and was even screamed and cussed at by several of these same people when he insisted they were closed.
I came on to give the staff we experienced GREAT reviews. The service was prompt (and I'm a female to the shock of the reviewer below), the food was quick, and it was both hot and tasty.
Keep the negative reviews off google that seem to be more spite and hate than a real review.

My fiancé and I have been repeat customers for months. Karaoke brought us to The Hideout initially and the atmosphere here kept us returning for Madhatters. We like good food and enjoyed all we’ve eaten. We’ve recommended the Hideout to friends. Jennifer and Shelly on Wednesday night staff are consistently friendly, even when busy or slammed, and give *all* guests consistently good service. Overall they rate a 4/5.
The same can’t be said of the female bartender on Saturday night, though. She plays favorites, is rude, with a pattern of unequal service. I’ve seen her repeatedly ignore new dinner guests over 30 minutes, not give them menus or a first drink, but serve multiple rounds to a table of men instead. Additional guests were ignored, had to get up from their tables to reorder drinks at the bar; demand their bills to leave; or got meal orders late and barely warm, or not at all! (Personally experienced it as well.) Several guests walked out after no or poor service when we’ve been there, including those sitting with us.
As a highly skilled former waitress and secret shopper, I’d rate her an unfavorable 2/10 at best.
Which drags you down to 1/5 overall. After *her* unprofessional actions last night, we won’t return or recommend The Hideout EVER again!
