Has some serious problems with the bk app while at this location. The manager was very helpful, patient, and understanding in working through this issue! She even offered us the food for free after the order and coupons on the app were a complete disaster. Kudos for the customer service here!!

So I walked in at 8 pm not knowing there dining closes at 8. Management said dining is closed which I’m cool with. However a gentleman walks in and gets service…. Yea that doesn’t make sense
Manager refused to serve me, he said dinning room was closed since it closes at 8pm, which I’m fine with. However another person comes in after me and they get service….. So tell how does that work? So glad I’m here for just one night
It would have been better if the drive-up attendant had said to pull around to the main door instead of "the front of the store" which can be interpreted as the side against the street. This was my 4th Spicy Ch'King sandwich, it seems like the newness has worn off in the kitchen or the supply chain,
I haven't had a whopper in some time and it was delicious. Had more onion then normal but I just took off the excess. They actually salted the fries and I could taste the difference. They weren't bland this time around.
Love this place!! The girls at the window were great. Actually acted like they were enjoying their job! Food and service was great
