Huge shout out to the service manager here Augustine. I've been visiting this location for a while and regularly see this man and his crew providing top notch work ethic. First hand I've seen him step up and take care of customers who last minuet changed pick up orders with a full line in the restaurant. This team is a well oiled machine when this guy is around. You can tell he has a great relationship with his team members and that translates to an extremely effective staff. Chipotle lists one of their values as "Treating employees right" and I sincerely hope that this location understands the value in Augustine. Working in customer service myself, real recognize real, and I can count on this location not just taking care of me, but anyone who walks through the doors.
The honest review
The attitude coming from the "round" Hispanic taking your attitude is unbelievable and unbearable he asks what you want then half's Every scoop, then glares at you with his head down and eyes up.
Don't waste your time going to this one you will never get what you pay for since all the prices went up you end up with half a tortilla.
If you look down you will see a similar review 5 months ago so that tells you management could care less about there customers who pay there bills.

I went to pick up order this evening and I must say the customer service of the three young individuals working tonight February 4th 2022 was absolutely astounding! Although they were short staffed this evening the three staff members working or prompt with my order my food was hot and well handled and they served me with a smile and customer service that can't be matched. Staff members went above and beyond in exceeding Chipotle's standards of quality and customer service and should be recognized for their hard work and resilience.

So they messed up on the Order and gave me someone else's food I was on lunch took a bite of it when I realized it wasn't caught the person that was behind me and let them know that they messed up our orders. Went back inside and let them know they said that this time they will do switch out our sandwiches but next time we will have to pay for it. Like trying to blame us that it was our fault for them messing up R burritos. Managers need to do a little bit better on training your guys to staff. Because trying to argue with the customer and trying to tell them that it's their fault when it was completely your guy's fault on the order trying to tell us that we should have checked our stuff when you guys are wrapping it up I think the staff of today March 31st at 825 to 830 need to be trained. I hope this doesn't happen again

BEYOND the worst. Really, 5 people behind the counter and only 2 actually kind of doing something! Then add the messing around and dragging out helping the customers! After a customers became irritated and tried to get the “staff” on point. They threatened the customer, by telling her they are going to call the police on her for simply trying to get the staff to make her food. Then they kicked her out and threatened her again.
That’s how the so called staff works here. Messes around, drags out any ordering for the long line of customers, threatens customers if they simply are in a rush and need to get their food and go.

VERY slow service- be prepared to wait in either a long line or well past your estimated pickup time. Looks like chipotle needs to increase their pay here and get more than the (2!) employees always and only working here…

This location seems to give significantly less food than others and more than half of the times I have come to this location there has been some issue with either availability of a product or they lack the staff to provide in-store services i.e. they are only taking online orders. All-in-all the majority of visits to this location are unpleasant.
