I purchased the family bundle today and they didn’t give me all of the whoppers that they should be in the order
I got one whopper less but I did get charged for it
I called head quarters and went to get another whopper to the store
The manager was rude
She gave me this from the kitchen
The hamburger had something black that looked like mold
Told her and she said to take it home like that
A different customer was over there at the time and there was no cleaning after customers like sanitation indicated on the website

I just met the rudest person ever at the counter someone with a shaved head and a lot of piercings was straight AWFUL to my dad. Please train your employees better I think this person was maybe a manager or something too. Unacceptable honestly

Person couldn't hear us while placing the drive through, radio silence so we had to go "hello" to see if they were still there. They seemed very flustered. We eventually get to the window, lady is like here's you're total, no going over our order to make sure it was correct, and when my husband was confused, she looked and annoyed. Honestly I was craving chicken fries which is why we came but it wasn't worth it.

If I could've given this zero stars I would've. For starters, I walked to this particular location expecting for it to take 10-15 minutes. I waited for 10 minutes just to order my food. Now a little disclaimer before I go on, I ordered 2 10 piece chicken nuggets, a large fry and a large chocolate milkshake. Sounds simple enough right. Well on their first attempt they only gave me 10 chicken nuggets, no fries, no milkshake. I clarified with them that I ordered 20 chicken nuggets a large fry and a chocolate milkshake. At this point I've been waiting for my food for around 10 minutes. I went into this particular BK at 12:00, at this point in the story it's 12:20 and I have class in 5 minutes so I'm patiently waiting for my food when they finally give me my food and I leave before checking the bag and they completely forgot my large fry. Now the fries aren't a big deal, they weren't why I'm giving this one star, this place earned one star because I willingly was late for one of my favorite classes just to figure out that the people there didn't even get my order right. It took half an hour just for them to give me my milkshake and another 10 minutes for them to give me THE COMPLETE WRONG ORDER!!! Hands down worst fast food experience I've had in my life. Unless you have 2 hours to sit and wait for mediocre food, it is not worth in to go to this burger king.

Lobby is closed but no sign. Drive thru takes 20 min on off peak hrs. Forget half your stuff and give the wrong items. Don't waste your time with this one and drive 5 min farther to get a better experience. Close it down.

This location is so bad that it's actually impressive. It's so obvious that the owner could care less about customer service or decent food. This guy, I believe his name was Martin, literally ignored my husband and I standing there for at least a few minutes. He didn't acknowledge us at all until he was absolutely ready to speak to us despite having a conversation in Spanish with two other people. Then by the time he got to me I was apparently irritating him for walking into the store.
Unfortunately for you since I have time let's talk about the food. The kingfish was disgusting and not enough fish. The spicy chicken sandwich was actually not that bad if you're okay with a chicken tenders type sandwich with a decent sauce. The Whopper, the whole point of that $0.37 promo, was obviously sitting there for a long time. Speaking of old food, the mozzarella sticks were absolutely gross. I would avoid them entirely. I went home and actually cooked them again in the air fryer and somehow they weren't much better which tells me the whole thing is garbage anyway. This is actually coming from someone who used to love Burger King. I guess the owner gets enough money to not actually care about how this place is run and it shows.
If you don't mind having the runs for a couple of days, eat here. :)

The cheeseburger and vanilla milkshake were great. I tried to order a strawberry milkshake, but it wasn't available for some reason. I ordered onion rings, but got fries. On several occasions they've either forgotten an item and the milkshake machine isn't working.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I have NEVER had good service here, but this time they crossed the line. Waited 15 mins in the drive thru only to get Cold UNCOOKED food. I went inside to speak to a manager and get a refund. I was told it would be a moment because they were busy, 1 car in the drive thru is NOT busy. After the manager was told a second time that I was waiting, he responded "she'll have to wait, I'm busy". I waited an additional 15 mins for the manager and told them I would just call Corp and I walked out. As I was leaving I was harassed by costumers who stated they were "friends" of the employees.
This was Beyond the WORST service ever.
