No Black Forest or Tiramisu individual cake slices when I got there. Had to do with a chocolate fudge cupcake. It was dry, such a disappointment. Why can't Long Island get a Paris Baguette? 🥲 A decent place with coffee and pastries..sigh 😞

We ordered our engagement cake from Benkert's. We showed them an image of what we were looking for, and they created a beautiful version of it. It was a marble naked cake with chocolate mousse filling and buttercream icing. Delicious!
I order from here more than I'd like to admit. This bakery has had me explore other desserts rather than sticking to my staple of pignoli cookies and cannoli. For chocolate lovers, their brownies are to die for!
Staple in our community, the shop has been here as long as I can remember. They have never let me down. Perfection every time. They are now also on Uber Eats for your convenience.
