After a long night of making cotton candy (in the cold) for a community event we went to IHOP for warm, satisfying food. We were not disappointed. The staff were so kind and accommodating, even though we arrived so close to closing. The food was perfect! So grateful this restaurant is in our hometown.
The food was good - the bacon jam Benedict was amazing. The service was fine. I was a bit disappointed with the portion size however. We had to order a couple extra sides after we got our food - making our meal pricier that I expected. For that I won't give our overall experience five stars this time.
There was one server when we went, and she held the fort down for the folks that were there. Wait was a little long, but the food was good, and reasonably priced for the portion sizes. Even my little boy's cheeseburger was big! IHOP can come off as generic, even with their pancake specials, but it's one of my favorite places to go!
The hostess understood our request. And was patient and accommodating. We were ordering a take out order for a friend with certain details. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Though the entry and waiting area had a foul odor to it and some of the seating was in poor shape. The food smelled delicious, and our friend enjoyed the meal immensely.
It was delicious! The hostess was nice and talkative to us especially with our two year old. We got seated quickly. Samantha was our server and she was nice. She made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great experience!! Thank you!
I've always enjoyed IHOP. But this location gave me the best service I've ever had. Yes, the food was good, but Samantha (my server) was perfect! She had the perfect balance of attentiveness, while still giving me some space. Super friendly, and I never had to ask for anything. Thank you!
We had a party of mine, we didn't have to wait very long to be seated. Food was good. Prices were very reasonable. Service was excellent.
IHOPs often vary in their service and quality of food prep. This location always has great standards in service and food quality! I highly recommend checking out this IHOP. Also, it is in a great location, there are lots of retail stores close by and it is right off Rt15.
Very good food! Had some French toast for breakfast and it was made well. Took a little time, but we were in a big group so fair.
The food was great but it was smaller than I expected.
We went there this morning and I salute the manager on duty. They looked understaffed, one person in the kitchen, one busser, and two servers. The manager was helping seating, bussing, cooking, etc. I don't know how she could handle the pressure and still deliver quality food and service. Even tho some guests were not as nice with the staff, they kept their cool and were very kind and attentive to us, and the rest of the customers. My son got the Funny Face Pancake, my daughter the Mexican 3 Leches Pancakes, and I got the Sirloin Tips Sauteed with onions and mushrooms, eggs, and hashbrowns. Everything was yummy and beautiful. It's so good to eat at a restaurant that has such professional staff. I've been at other locations and the service was okay, but now this is my favorite IHOP location.
This place has always served excellent food and it was great to visit it today. Friendly staff although very quiet with few patrons. Get out and enjoy this place. Treat yourself to a hearty breakfast all-day long.
Only 4 stars because the location is a bit challenging to get to. Clean, fast service, and above average quality of food.
