He thanked me for taking the time to leave feedback and assured me that they would speak with the employees about this misunderstanding. I’ll be honest, I was very surprised to hear from him and so quickly. That has never happened to me before ever leaving a review and I am super impressed. He clearly cares about his business and customers. I would definitely give them another chance. ***
Don’t try to use one of their coupons here, they will treat you very badly. The customer service was just awful and they also lied to us several times regarding our order. At one point they told me crinkle fries cost more than curly and I would be charged more for ordering them when their large menu board, directly behind them, clearly stated otherwise :/
Typical fast food spot. I like the roast beef. They are fast and polite both with Drive up and walk up customers
Best chicken nuggets in the industry. Can't give five stars to a chain that thrives on roast beef that tastes like soggy chemical-soaked cardboard. Everything except their flagship products are pretty good, though...
The young man that helped me was super sweet and patient. And he knew about all of the deals going on. The restaurant was clean. The food was amazing and fast. We ordered the French dip.

I appreciate the excellent customer service at this Arby’s. The food is cooked well also. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that lately there has been 4 times in the past month that I have gone to this location and found that they are closed before the posted hours online and even one time before the posted hours at the location. So someone needs to keep the actual restaurant hours up to date. For instance, I went here at 9:45 P.M. on January 14, 2023, but no one answered the drive thru. I saw someone inside but she ignored that I was there even though I beeped my horn a couple times. The hours posted on Google say they should have been open until 10 P.M. though so either the worker closed the restaurant early or the hours need to be updated on Google to reflect current hours. I would go here more often if I could trust that they would be open when they are supposed to be open. I used to go to Arby’s 2-3 times a week sometimes but I have not gone near as much anymore since I can’t trust whether they will be open or not.
Kudos to this Arby’s location and all staff and management here, I live in Salt Lake County, but when I’m around I will make sure to order from here!

Not many people there, so our food came out fast. I feel like this is a healthier alternative when you need a fast meal. Of course, I chased it with a chocolate milk shake. Don't judge.
