Great customer service, very quick and polite. They always make sure your order is correct and don’t make you feel rushed while ordering. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for an order and it is always made perfectly.
They understood the assignment! I’ve been to other Starbucks and I order the same drink asking for specifics and sometimes my needs are not met at other Starbucks. But damn this location did it right! Thanks guys(:
Went through the drive through for my Birthday drink, scanner didn’t work but they were so nice and gave me my coffee for free.
This Starbucks always has great service. They do good hiring at this location apparently always know the next level recipes will always come back to this Starbucks location
Centerville Starbucks is honestly the best. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with the staff there. They know be my name and they always make me feel welcome and appreciated. I wish I could give all of these employees raised because they are such hard workers and always brighten my day. I am a regular and one time I left my wallet at the office. They were so sweet and let me still get my order. Of course I went in later and gave them a great tip and paid them for doing this.
I came through the drive through this morning on my way to the hospital where my baby is in ICU. I was an emotional mess when I got to the window. The baristas were so sweet and comped my drink and wished me a better day. They had no idea what I was dealing with and no idea how much their kindness made my day. ❤️
Lindsay is THE BOMB .COM! I'm really easy going but for some reason it seems like the universe tends to punish me at the exact moment that my caffeine cravings take hold of me and hold me hostage. This gal was my savior. She took my order and repeated it back to me to ensure that it was correct.
I felt like I was some famous celebrity when she held a conversation like a normal human being! I understand that working in service is mind numbing after you deal with cruel customers all day but she was able to give me quick and thorough service with a smile. Let's get this girl a raise!
Some locations are hit & miss but but not this one. We recently moved into the area & this location is our new local one. The staff is friendly & professional. Service was quick & accurate!

This used to be the best Starbucks to visit. I was always greeted super duper friendly, which was nice. For the past few months though the baristas haven't been the same friendly faces through the drive through. Not saying, "Hi" when I get to the window... just told my total, takes payment, gives me drink. No, "bye" or anything. Just walks away or turns back to computer to take next order. I work down the road so I am here regularly. I just miss how it was a year ago with the friendly greeting at the window. It's just not the same :(
Drinks are usually good but consistently the slowest Starbucks I have been too. Once order is placed it’s always over 15 plus min to get through
UPDATE: Changed from a 2 star, to a 5 star. Whatever changed, is great! Keep it up!
