Horrible service and overcharged me! I asked for a pup cup...a simple squirt of whipped cream in a tiny cup for my dog...the gentleman didn't tell me he was going to charge me (neither Starbucks nor Graeter's charge for this) and then he proceeded to charge me $1.99 for a kids cup soft serve!
Never had a problem here before I go decently often but last night I ordered 3 blizzards around 9pm and about 1/4 the way down the one I was eating there was a short black hair. Pretty grossed out we threw the rest away.
We just moved into a neighborhood not too far from this location. My wife and I each decided to grab a blizzard after dinner this evening… They were lovely!!!
Portion size is terrible for paying over $4 for a brownie treat...why even bother with a lid? My husband's small cookies (?) & cream blizzard had so few cookies in it - it looked like vanilla ice cream - he asked for a few more crumbled cookies on top and the Owner/Manager made him pay for it! You can't beat Dairy Queen for reasonably priced ice cream. Service was very good and staff very friendly.
Saturday night 8pm. Busy drive thru. We walked right in, the only ones inside. There were at least 4 workers just as busy as bees . Friendly guy at counter took our order and at least 3 people worked on our order consisting of only 4 items. We were in and out in record time. I was very impressed! Ev
Fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a DQ. Employees were very fast and friendly :)
