Their Chilupas are hard & cold. It's been nasty the last 3 times I've been there. Don't go in the evenings, thier food is at its worst.
I did call the manager and next time went during their lunch hour and it was much better

Pretty sure they over cooked the chicken in my famous bowl to were you could break a tooth and it was so tough I had to spit some of it out. Not much mashed potatoes and gravy but the right amount of corn. They need to find another window or open back up the lobby they had cars wrapped clear around
Service slow due to lack of help, but the folks there are trying their best! Still friendly and the food is fresh and as good as ever! Don't mind the wait time at all.
