We had a really nice time, we had breakfast an Ronald McDonald was there greeting the kids,an it was fire safety day too, my youngest had a really good time
You know how some McDonald’s are not good and others are great? This one is great.
Very clean inside, orders were all right, food was hot, fries were crispy, portions were not skimpy. All the boxes were checked.
Bonus points for the staff, an employee asked us if our food was good and apologized for a short wait. Also has beautiful landscaping in the drive through.

After the bad experience with one of the employees giving me a bad attitude I was able to get free meal from one of the manager because of it! Thank you so much McDonald’s manager you’re the best! I guess this young girl with her nasty attitude just made her company loose money because of her attitude so by the end of the day she won nothing with her nasty attitude instead she lost!
Nice place to have a quick bite and take a break from long walk. My kids had an order of chicken nuggets with apple pie 🥧 and it was nice to sit before we continued in our city adventure.
We were staying in the area. Every night we went to McDonald's. Every time they greeted us with respect and kindness and they made sure the order was correct always . This team is working hard and doing such a great job. 👍
Wonderful McDonald's they accept card too. Good soda and great staff.
I don’t eat McDonalds much but when I do it is usually mediocre at Best.
This McDonald’s however is really in a league of its own, everything from food quality to service to hygiene and cleanliness of the place, the decor. It’s definitely worth the 5 stars.
Convenient location and very clean. The staff is very friendly. Another location where I used the Wi - Fi to work and enjoy a couple of cups of coffee. Definitely will come back again.

It was a 💯 average McDonald's restaurant.
I ordered a double quarter pounder, fries, and an iced Frappuccino.
The food was warm, the drink was cold, and the service was exactly what one would expect on a noon visit to the restaurant.
My only issue was the lack of ebike parking
Convenient location right off Commack Road. Food is always up to par and it's open late. Can't ask for more.
I never have or had any complaints about this McDonalds. Parking is good. Drive-Thru is good. Bathroom is good. Service is good.
The one in Freeport was remodel looks beautiful. It is always pleasant to go there.
Excellent Staff. Always be specific, this Team now goes Above and Beyond.
