I had a great experience here! The lady who served us was very friendly and sweet. We got crab marinated in spicy sauce, sundubu, and ribs. Everything was really flavorful and yummy.
Soy marinated blue crab (간장게장) was really good. I enjoyed mixing them with my rice and finished them all super clean. Military soup (부대찌개) was good, how can someone eff it up with boodaejjigae anyways and especially their name is boodaejjigae so I was confident to order this menu. Their seafood panc
This is a little haven that is known by local Koreans as The Place to get Korean food. It feels like I stumbled upon a beautiful secret, being a Chinese American. The gejang and bossam were delightful. Native Koreans enjoy the food here and it is easy to see why. It's delicious.
The fermented blue crab was really good. I would come back, but I probably wouldn't get the Cheongguk Jang again. It was decent, but I would like to try other menu items like their soondubu stew.
I love this ganjang gaejang or soy marinated crab. It was not too fishy and the price was not too expensive. It is usually costly to eat in Korea and I didnt even expect to have a chance to eat this food in the US. Yum
This is a great local Korean restaurant that caters to the Korean community here. Atmosphere is rated from a different perspective than most. I gave it five, because it is incredibly "Korea-like". If you've not been to Korea, my ratings won't make much sense to you. If you've been to Korea, it
Soy Marinated Crab was clean tasting with no odd smell. The taste of crab came through and it was delicious. The food was packed with care. Not one drop of crabby-goodness soy sauce was lost. Really enjoyed the rice that wasn’t the usual plain white rice. Sides were tasty and added to the fragrance
Nothing fancy, however consistently delicious. 😋 A nice little spot for a simple, authentic taste of some traditional Korean dishes. I find that the flavors haven't been Americanized and retain a true reflection of a home cooked meal tied to a Korean heritage. The prices are reasonable and portions
The soy sauce marinated crab was delicious (we literally crushed the whole plate) and the army stew was just the right amount of spicy!
Their spicy squid was really good. Good portions for the price
Budaejigae with colorful side dishes were really amazing! This was a highlight of the long traveling day for me. It was truly authentic Korean restaurant. I would love to visit again and try different menu!
Very good Budae Jjigae !!
I tried the Bulgoki and Spicy Squid.. both were delicious! Thank you for the lovely experience. We will return.
