First time here. Staff was very friendly place was busy but they got us there quickly. Wings were very tender smoked perfectly seasoning had a nice spice to it that you don't find in most smoked foods. Dear burritos also excellent best I've had. Cracklins are okay very good but I still prefer Billy'
Have a buddy who grew up in this area and when he visits he sends me photos of all the goodness.
So I gave him a list when he was there last time and when I need to get more I’ll drive the ten hours and load up for 4 months in the freezer.

Great, friendly staff and a great selection of game meats. They also have a hot bar and I encourage visitors to try everything at least once, you will not be disappointed!
Giant boudin balls and smoked wings both are awesome. Deer burritos are a must try. Cracklins I was disappointed in though
Man, they got everything here! Fresh Meats. dressings, prepared meals , boudin, cracklins, you name it. Its all good too!

I been eating at this spot for years and they have a combination of things you'll love if u love wild eating my favorite was the smoked boudin i didn't like the last one i ate last week and that's weird cause I love everything there they don't have that same flavor from back then to now
