I order my meal through Uber eats for me and some of my coworkers . The fries were cold and tasted old and stale, I order 4pc chicken tenders only got three. My coworker order a chicken club sanding with no bacon and the sandwich was sloppily cut and thrown together. And another one of my coworkers
Stopped here for my mom yesterday shortly after 330 pm-ish and the person taking the order was so nice! I forgot his name, maybe David? Either way super friendly and knew the menu well. Food came out fast, fresh, hot, and accurate!
I never take the time to leave reviews, but David Lee, who works there, IS AMAZING. I’ve been to this location multiple time and every time David always has this very positive and upbeat attitude. Extremely friendly. Always has pep in his step. And I’ve never had a problem with my food here.

The best Zaxby's in metro Atlanta in my opinion. This location gets your food out fast as hell, the staff is friendly, and it's always clean. I don't understand why other restaurants can't be this efficient. Everytime I'm in a rush or pressed for time, this location is clutch. 💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The 1 star is for the night shift because the day shift is usually on point. Ordered three meals, was told to pull up so they could bring it out and they forgot one meal when the food was brought out. Went inside to get the other meal and when I opened the plate, it looked like the food we thrown in
Food was good, fresh, and reasonably quick. The cashier was courteous but not friendly. The salad presentation was the best I've seen in a Zaxbys so far. I would rate this store a 4.5 because service with a smile matters and only one young girl showed any semblance of real hospitality.
