Love the Fruit Tea!! OMG, my favorite! I often order signature fruit green tea and Earl Grey lime tea.
Highly recommend cheese float to all those people who like cream cheese.
Matcha is great, too! Tastes very smooth. Uji Matcha with chess float is amazing!
Nice environment, not so loud. A great place to study and hang out with friends.
This place will also have bakery,too. I'm excited for that!

really cute place !! got four diff items— thai iced tea, brown sugar boba tea, beef cheese potato corn dog and an egg ham sandwich which i loved. :) the wait wasn’t log and the food and drinks were great!! would def buy again!!
Always a campus favorite. They moved next door from their original space into a smaller space with less seating, but more menu options. Good variety of both food and drink while the past menu was more drink-oriented. The new screen ordering stations were very convenient although it took a while for our order to come out.
Pretty expensive and there's no place to sit and talk, but tapioca is very good. I really enjoy their fruit teas, they're a nice balance of tea and fruit flavors and the perfect sweet/bityer balance. I had the toast once and it was definitely overpriced but it was delicious. It's a little hard to travel with because of the sauce they put on (very liquidy), so I recommend eating it as soon as you get it. I've also had the mango crepe. It was small but delicious and the cream-to-crepe ratio was perfect!
Teamoji had great fruit teas! I got the passion fruit with grapefruit tea and my friend got the pineapple strawberry tea, and they were both very delicious. They even put real fruit in them! However, they didn’t have a lot of boba/toppings options.
The egg ham cheese was very delicious. The mango coconut slushie with grapefruit was awesome. Cute little place to get a quick bite and variety of drinks.
The teas here are very tasty. The space upstairs for sitting is great for casual study. The music is really good and normal volume, so I prefer to go elsewhere if I plan to study intensely. But this place is beautiful and great for light work or for meeting to talk with a friend or colleague.
You can get tasty Mojis, but they are quite pricy. One moji is $4.25.
Their new egg sandwich was really good. I also liked the sweet potato hotdog and soy custard milk tea w/ soy mousse. A great place to get a quick bite in addition to their milk tea options.
I have tried a few different items here, and tbh there were some things that I really disliked (like the takoyaki), but to be fair I had never had most of the items before and wanted to try something new. Two items I had recently I have enjoyed. I recommend Coffee Milk Tea, but most of all, I highly recommend the Egg Tarts!! They are custard set in a flaky pastry pie shell. Each time I have ordered them, they have been very fresh, still slightly warm. Amazing. So good I ordered 8 more to take home!
