2023 update*
I am still giving this location 4 stars. They are good, but there is usually some issue that makes me wait longer or have to change my order.
This time, it was the soda machine being out of order and limited drink flavors available.
The staff is always nice and usually quick with my order.
Chicken sandwiches seem to take a bit longer.
Check your mail for coupons, they usually send them out every other week. The app is good to earn points and rewards, but the paper coupons are usually a better deal by a couple of dollars than the same offer on the app.

At this location, whenever I order a chicken sandwich, I have to pull-over, out of the drive-thru line and wait for my food.
I really like the coupons that come in the mail. You can also access most of the same deals that the coupons offer on the BK app.
This order we got the Whopper Jr and fries.

Perfect! My order was perfect! No mess up. No missing items. No wrong items. They even gave me extra condiments when I actually forgot to ask for any. They weren’t annoyed I was there. They were super friendly and even offered me a drink carrier because I had more than one drink. This is the first time in longer than I can remember where a fast food place didn’t mess up my order, wasn’t super annoyed I was there to get it, had all the menu items available, didn’t inflate the menu pricing to dissuade me from ordering to begin with, was friendly and courteous and efficient, didn’t berate me for ordering breakfast 30 minutes before they stopped serving it, didn’t make me wait In line so long that my food was cold when I finally got it, and who’s drive thru line actually moved quickly and I didn’t have to pull around and sit there for 30 minutes. I have actually been to this location multiple times and they have always done an excellent job. Typically I am not one to leave positive feedback or reviews because I feel like if they didn’t mess it up then they were actually just doing their jobs and if they did mess it up, multiple times (every single time), on multiple occasions, in multiple ways I should warn people because it will, guaranteed happen to them, but that just isn’t true anymore. Anymore they all seem to mess it up, multiple times (every single time), on multiple occasions (every occasion), in multiple ways (every single way possible). But not today!!! Not at this location!!! So folks have it made your way at this Burger King today!!! You might just be pleasantly surprised. I was.
Stopped here for a quick meal. We were behind a rather needy customer, wanting help with the app and special requests. The cashier was very kind and patient with her, even when the customer kept asking the same questions. She said she’s worked here for 10 years, which is impressive
A Burger King is a Burger King, right? Not at all. This location is head and shoulders above the rest, easily the best in Arizona. It is clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The menu is varied. The prices are great and with the frequent coupons, they are amazing. The chicken sandwich is a delicious classic. Even the bun tastes like it’s fresh from a bakery. The fries are hot and crispy all the way home. The jalapeño cheddar poppers are insanely good. This location will be a regular stop.
This burger King is small, but good hot, tasty food, whoppers the Best,,🍔🥤TV watching, staff super fast, smiling, clean, restroom nice, Goodwill & eos in same lot👍😊
The food is always great. My order is always correct. On our last visit, the gentleman in the drive-thru gave us a crown.
Ordered on the app from the parking lot, swung thru the drive-thru a minute later. Food was ready fast, was hot, & tasted great. Friendly, polite employees too.
Beyond amazing two times in a row. Grabbed lunch here last week and had to do the survey. Just ate her again and outstanding customer service and it was a different crew. That's when you know you're at a good store. Thanks again guys.
As far as BK goes, this visit was spot on. Pleasant staff, quick service and hot food. The dining room was clean.

Friendly fast service. Not, however, on the mobile app. And they cook the impossible burger a bit too long - it's drier than it should be. But overall 4 stars.
UPDATE: Definitely getting better at cooking the Impossible Burger. 5 stars.
I'm probably biased because my kids work here, but I always loved BK before and I probably always will

Hot and fresh food and friendly service. Their sister store off McClintock and Broadway should take notes! I went there and placed same order and lets just say it was poorly made and there no apology and all attitude! Great job at this store!
I’m gonna give 5 stars only because of a manager named Stephen and Chris … When Stephen works the lines always disappear because he works that restaurant like nobody’s business and they never run out of fries or food, but he’s also very personable and seems to care about his customers unlike some of the others. Chris is also a very pleasant worker there that actually cares about the customer and both of these two always get your order right. But I’m gonna say one thing- everyone isn’t personable and that’s cool, but if you’re not a people person you probably shouldn’t be working in an environment whereas your job consists of you dealing w people all day … I is won’t mention any names of those that fall into the latter category but as for Stephen and Chris - Salute !!!
We went through the drive thru but we had to wait for the chicken nuggets so they had us park and wait 10 min. Fortunately they gave us a coupon for a free cheeseburger.
