Went for a quick lunch after church. Service was fast, staffs were all friendly. Clean bathroom too (important)!. They also have italian cookies and desserts (canoli, tiramisu,). I had a slice of pizza, other friends had calzone and subs. For drinks, they also have beers, fountain drinks and cans sodas like flavored pellegrino. Enjoyed my lunch definitely will be back, maybe will try their pasta next time. Enjoy couple of pictures!!!
Better than expected quick service Italian restaurant. They have a larger than expected menu serving up a nice variety of traditional Italian options. The food portions are large and the food is tasty. Great spot for groups and families.
We ordered a large cheese pizza. They made it fresh. It was delicious. I really liked the taste of the sauce. It's New York style pizza. The texture of the crust was also really nice, it had a nice crispyness to it while also being soft.
The menu has a lot of variety. They also have pan pizza. If you don't want to order an entire pizza, you can also order by the slice.
This restaurant is located in a shopping plaza so there's a ton of parking. The staff was very friendly. There is plenty of seating inside.
One of the BEST pizzas you will ever eat. You can see and taste the freshness. I always order the Bon Appetito Special and a pepperoni, dice tomatoes and mushrooms and it is always consistent. DELICIOUS! Since relocated to Baltimore, we still travel down to get a great pie and friendly service.
I loved the slice of pizza with homemade crust and two little homemade rolls. Another time I came to get the Pasta Fagioli soup. The homemade old world prep of sauce and pasta attracts me to the charm about this place that is very warm and traditional. Everyone works so hard yet you can tell they love their customers. I enjoy coming here and will again.
This is the best NY style pizza I’ve been able to find in NoVA so far (and I’ve been looking!). Good crust, cheese and sauce combo, closest to great NJ/NY pizza we could find.
If I'm working in northern Virginia I will go out of my way to stop in Buon Appetito. Awesome Italian food, everything on the menu!!
They even have a great gluten-free menu for me to take something home to my wife with their tomato paste.

Great little spot for pizza and pasta dishes. It’s worth the drive to escape the pizza chains in my neighborhood. Portions are great and the prices are affordable.
I love Buon Appetito's pizza. It is 16 miles away, but when we want a good pizza, that is where we go.
I've missed New York Pizza so much, and this place really delivers the full "by the slice" experience. Plus the staff is super nice. I wanted to take a picture of the pizza to show how good it was, but I couldn't resist taking a bite first! (lol)
Ordered 4 pasta dinners. Price has gone up and you have to pick up your food at the counter, but food was delicious , freshly made, and large portions, piping hot! Kids loved it! Will definitely be going back!
Portions are easily large enough for 2 plus people, their subs are legit huge and packed with flavor and meat. I personally find their pasta dishes and their fries a bit underwhelming but we all have different taste buds
