UPDATE: Thete is no sushi lunch buffet anymore. But Otani is one of very few restaurants that offer hibachi, cook in front of you style meals. We took the family there and we had a good time and ate well.. Love the sushi buffet during lunch! Staff is nice and food fresh. Fun place for all
Our office had a lunch outibg at Otani. Their offerings for the hibachi grill were a good variety, but were on the expensive side. The sushi was good and reasonable, however, and the buffet was there for those not into hibachi. Our group enjoyed the meal very much.
Clean, super helpful staff, talented chefs, and delicious food. We enjoyed the show and had plenty of food left to eat tomorrow. They prefer reservations but you can usually make them the day of if needed. I love the salmon and shrimp with fried rice.
Im so glad everything is coming back to place. We've missed family dinner with entertainment. Food was extraordinary. Great flavor and a huge portion is given. Staff is friendly and made sure your drinks were always full. Sushi was very good as well.
Food is usually pretty good and worth doggy bagging if you can't finish it, which is item the case.
The place itself is sorta dim and could use more lighting, but for a hibachi grill, the ventilation is okay.
Usually a good dinner, though the prices have crept up a lot over the years.

I always get the vegetable hibachi here and it’s great. I also recommend the shrimp hibachi option. Both come with soup, salad, rice (steamed or fried), and noodles. Some of the hibachi chefs are better than others over the years but there are one or two really great ones!
Everything about this restaurant was great. Extremely friendly staff service was very nice. 10/10 recommend
One of our favorites for over 25 years! The food and service are always top notch. Not much to look at from the exterior but still one of the best.
You would think that you are eating at a five star restaurant. Food was amazing and chef did great while cooking our hibachi meal.
We only go for special occasions and this was my son's choice for birthday dinner. The hibachi chef was entertaining as usual. The food tasted great but we all agreed it was not as good from what we remember the last time.
Fun family place, order your protein and get rice, noodles and veggies with a cooking show on the grill in front of you. I suggest paying the surcharge for the fried rice ($2) as it gives you more to watch.
