Took advantage of the Nat’l Sammie Day-bogo deal and I had no problems or issues with my order. I waited an extra 5-8mins, just cause I knew this was around peak lunch hour and customers probably knew about this deal going on. No complaints on our sandwich orders; they were good and toppings were all there. Thanks!
I guess some days can be a hit-or-miss on service and/or quality of food.
I haven't eaten at a Potbelly in a long time. I remember loving their sandwiches, but this time, I got the Italian. It was good, but I didn't enjoy it as much as I used to. Not sure why. The employees are friendly and the store is very clean. I like the Alien on the wall. I might come back and try again.
They have soup, sandwiches and great variety of drinks. They eatery is always clean and festive.
Great staff! Restaurant is clean and bright. Sandwiches are tasty and made quickly. Nice place for a quick bite!
Had not heard of this place, but it was adjacent to stores in which we had been shopping, so we stopped in for lunch. The taste of the turkey avocado sandwich was divine! It was toasted under a flame and was crunchy and wonderfully creamy at the same time. Every bite was delicious.
My only complaint is that, unlike Subway, you cannot see your sandwich as it is being prepared. The counters are too high for people of average height to look down on the sandwich as the "extras" are added.
The manager at this location went above and beyond in responding to a recent issue I had with a delivery order from this store. Through no fault of Potbelly, the delivery driver failed to show and I had to go pick my order up. They graciously refunded my order, and offered me a free sandwich on my next visit. I wanted to recognize this store for taking great care of their customers, and I will definitely visit this location again soon.
I love coming here for my sandwiches! Karen is awesome and is always so enthusiastic. I love her energy and the care she puts into her customer service.
Brought my mom here for her first Potbelly experience. She wants to come back tomorrow. If you've never been, I'd recommend the sandwich called The Wreck! With a cup of cheddar broccoli and a milkshake. In a city I wasnt familiar with, it was great to eat here where they hold up the quality service I'm used to at the Potbelly I normally frequent. It made me feel so validated bragging about them the whole drive there. Taking my mom back tomorrow. Thank you guys, for excellent service and delicious food!
Great consistent subs, cookies, and drinks. Several staff welcome me as I enter, and a few know my usual order. My only complaint is hair exposed to food prep areas, which is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars.
I am a great fan of a potbelly sandwich. I like this venue because it is in a great location and it has never been crowded when I've gone. That said, it's quite small so I wouldn't want to sit down to eat there.
