I really just don't understand the reviews of these people. The staff recognize and I get greeted always when I'm there. As they say, treat others the way you want to get treated. Just be polite. Thank you Sheetz for giving me delicious food everytime 😁. Best gas station food and store.

A few of their employees could be a bit more cheerful. Sometimes it's like walking in a cemetery. A few employees are pleasant, however.

My experience with the overnight supervisor Joy was excellent, as she was willing to replace a food item that had ran out with anything else on the menu. All my interactions with the night staff have been positive, but her customer service was exemplary.
I placed an online order around 3:45 a.m. and arrived to the location around 4. Due to long hours from work I passed out in the parking lot in my car. Just went at midnight on a Sunday and ordered some sandwiches and a latte. Cashier was on the phone and had me waiting forever and I think the chef was her mom or something.
