Came here at the perfect time around 10am on a Saturday morning, and I waited about 15 to 20 minutes to order and about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. Our guesthouse that we stayed at provided breakfast from Callie's and they were absolutely AMAZING! My husband had a few different cheesy varieties and I had the cinnamon with cream cheese frosting each time. I think I could eat those things every day for the rest of my life.

Insanely good biscuits. Sausage, egg and pimento cheese on a biscuit is delicious (and messy!). It’s a small shop with just a small counter and no seating but worth it, even if there is a line. Staff is super friendly.
This was by far the best biscuit I had in Charleston. My picture does not do it justice. Every component of my bacon, egg, and cheese was on point. The blackberry jam was amazing too. Also everyone working there was super nice. 10/10 would go again.
