It's tiny and there's hardly any place to sit but there's a line to get in. That's always a good sign. Despite the rush, the staff was friendly and efficient. It takes skill to make conversation while handling the crowd with no mistakes. The biscuits were great and the jalapeno pimento cheese is
We stopped in during a one day visit to downtown Charleston area and WOW. We will always make a visit when we are in the area! The Gluten Free Buttermilk biscuits are honestly the best biscuits I’ve ever had!!!! The perfect bake and buttery creamy salty flavor. We had some with jams and some of thei
Came here at the perfect time around 10am on a Saturday morning, and I waited about 15 to 20 minutes to order and about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. While I was waiting outside for my order, the line got so long that it was announced it was about 1.5 hours long wait. So get here early!!!!! T
I ordered the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and the Hot honey biscuit. Amazingly delicious. Staff was super friendly. Definitely the best biscuits around! Unfortunately shop was a little small and there was no room to eat there but absolutely worth standing outside to eat them!
I'm always blown away at whomever designed this space. Only in New Orleans have I seen so much awesomeness cramed into a hallway. We get thier biscuits from the grocery store all the time to make biscuits and gravy at home. They are indeed the most expensive but they're also the best so it is what i
I love Callie’s hot little biscuit! I’ve been a few times now and make it a point to go when I’m Charleston. I’ve tried pretty much each biscuit and these are my favorites: black berry, cinnamon, cheese and chive, and black peppercorn bacon. The biscuits are cooked well, not too dense but not too
Callie's Hot Little Biscuit is a great place to grab a quick breakfast or brunch and take it with you. I love all the Hot Little Biscuit flavors as a mixed order to share with a few friends on a trip downtown. Favorites are the blackberry, cinnamon, and shortcake. Their shop is very small and tigh

I loovvvvved this place! I have never had a more fluffy, slightly crunchy biscuit with so much flavor! It's a very small store front restaurant. Bring change for the metered parking. The biscuits are a little pricey. But, for the quality and size of the biscuits, its worth it. I tried the biscuit a
We tried the plain, cheddar and chive, and blackberry biscuit and all were moist and delicate and delicious as you would expect! I don’t think we ended up with any blackberry it might have been a honey one instead but it was my favorite nonetheless.
Food was excellent. Like, very excellent! We got a plain biscuit, a bacon egg and cheese, and sampled three minnies (all excellent). Nitro cold brew was excellent (Royal bean, who has mastered the craft). Wait was very, very long. Employees didn't seem to want to be there or maybe stressed out. They
Tried the Goat Cheese special and it has made the list of most amazing things I’ve ever eaten! Had to go back to try the Pimento Cheese & bought a bag of biscuit mix to take home!
Our guesthouse that we stayed at provided breakfast from Callie's and they were absolutely AMAZING! My husband had a few different cheesy varieties and I had the cinnamon with cream cheese frosting each time. I think I could eat those things every day for the rest of my life.
Went for breakfast to support a women-owned business and wow! My sausage, egg, and pimento cheese biscuit ($8.95) still has me drooling. The biscuit was so buttery and the everything on it was delicious. I was in town during my bday and I went back again for the little birthday biscuit they have wh
Insanely good biscuits. Sausage, egg and pimento cheese on a biscuit is delicious (and messy!). It’s a small shop with just a small counter and no seating but worth it, even if there is a line. Staff is super friendly.
This was by far the best biscuit I had in Charleston. My picture does not do it justice. Every component of my bacon, egg, and cheese was on point. The blackberry jam was amazing too. Also everyone working there was super nice. 10/10 would go again.
Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit is a Charleston staple. You must stop by and try these delicious, light and fluffy biscuits. Must try’s are the fried chicken, spicy pimento cheese and sausage as well as the mini biscuit sampler. Pick your favorite. There are other biscuit spots throughout the city but C
Best biscuits!!!!My husband and I could not get enough of these tasty biscuits. Make sure you try a biscuit sandwich with their pimento cheese, your taste buds will explode. Also, get the mix and match of the little flavored biscuits. We got the shortcake, blackberry and the cinnamon, they were out o
My friends and I came by on a Sunday at around 8:30 to pick up a quick breakfast. I originally wanted to do a breakfast sandwich but the pimento one seemed a bit too heavy for me, so I was just going to go with a sausage biscuit. However, the sandwiches just come on regular biscuits since the specia
