The food is good, and sometimes excellent! The menu is one of a traditional seafood restaurant with several menu twists. I find the food to be fresh and worth the price. I really like that they have menu specials including Seafood egg rolls that I once was able to try. It's a great place to celebrate or Dine with friends and family.

She Crab Soup was on point. Crab dip was a good choice. Crab cakes were good. Huge boiled shrimp. And the three clusters of snow crabs were perfect. Our waitress was welcoming and on time. First time in and will be back next time we travel to the area. Seemed to be locally owned and worth the stop!

When we got there, there were only a few tables. We got seated quickly but had to wait at least 10-15 mins for anyone to take our drink order. So it wasn't off to a good start and had us thinking of getting up and walking out. The food saved our experience. I got the shrimp and grits and my husband got the grilled seafood platter. Both were delicious. Service could use some work but the food was worth it!!

This crab shack was like a hidden gem. We searched for food in the area, but happens to drive past this place and try it. We were not disappointed. It was very delicious, we tried multiple items from the menu and they were all so good. It is worth it.

While the food was fantastic, the wait staff leaves something to be desired. Lets me start by saying being from the south its garlic lemon butter for my crab. Trying horseradish instead of garlic was strange but an amazing experience. Now. The wait staff. I came in after a long 21 hr work day. Asked my waitress did i need my id bc i was exhausted. She said yes. I cant serve you alcohol without it. Which is fine. I trudged out to the car and came back wth wallet in tow. I proceeded to order my drink. Meal eat pay. Never once did she ask to see my id. Also when i asked for my check i was told she would be a minute and said thats fine. I was then checked out by another waitress who told me i didnt need to work when i said i was kinda tired from work...excuse me???!! I would suggest some basic people skills. Maybe dont make someone go out to their car for an id you dnt evem plan to look at. Again. Amazing food. Sad the wait staff dampened the experiencse

I have not been to Crab Shack in a good minute. It once was my all time favor spot for seafood. To my dismay the food is still as delicious as it was before or not better. I really enjoyed my crab balls it is cook with all crabmeat, the Buffalo shrimps were delicious, and my friend enjoyed her she crab soup. The main course for me was the Seafood Platter it was fried to perfection. The servers (Kenneth and a young lady did'nt get her name) were friendly and engaging, All in all, I will be back!
