This place is phenomenal. I have never tasted soup this good before. They also give you samples so you can decide on which one to get. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves soups. They have a variety of other items as well ❤️❤️
Cozy little restaurant specializing in soups, salads and sandwiches. We enjoyed the garden vegetable soup and the pear and blue cheese salad with champagne vinaigrette. Everything was delicious and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
I've only ever gotten take out since I live close to Ladles, but it's always been great! Personal favorites are the Greek Lemon and Loaded Potato soups. It's super cheap for the value and my friends love the grilled cheese.
I love this spot, I have been going about once every 2 weeks for a couple months now! I have tried the sandwiches which are tasty but recently I tried the chef salad and it was huge!! It is spinach and not iceberg so just be warned on that but I absolutely loved every minute of my meal!

My wife and I really enjoy the selection at Ladles. This particular location is especially cool. It is in the basement of a house in downtown Charleston. The bathroom is very nice and stylish. It is also very clean, which is a great indication that the back kitchen is clean too. We will definitely be back.
The greek lemon chicken noodle soup is PERFECTION. It's my go to delivery when not feeling well or on a cloudy day. It is comfort in a bowl.

This location is close to the hospital district. It is a quaint smallish eating area in the bottom level of an old Charleston house. Our food was very tasty & served quickly. They had several good looking soup & sandwich & salad options. Will go back.
Best soup and sandwich in town. I've been eating there for over 4 years. It's my go-to place for lunch when I'm downtown.
Perfect lunch spot - yummy and reasonably priced. Their soups are always good - my favorite is the Greek lemon chicken so I usually get a small cup of that and a small cup of a special of the day soup. The Greek salad with homemade dressing is really good.
Awesome vegan specials every Friday!! I had the tempeh gyro with lentil soup. Both were amazing! I had to get a quart of soup to go! Will definitely be back, can't wait to see what they come up with next Friday :) Also, the restaurant is beautiful.

Food is always great and prepared quickly. Staff is friendly and very efficient. The restaurant is neat and clean and in a cool space on the brick-walled basement of a house. It’s not the cheapest place but I’m fine with quality over price.
