Great lobby bar in the Charleston Marriott. Mark and Matt were great. They took care of me and my family over Columbus Day weekend. We ordered a flat bread...its really just a pizza in the shape of Flatbread.

My wife was staying at the Marriott for a work function recently so I decided to tag along. We had breakfast at Saffire which was ultimately very disappointing not so much because of the food, more so the service. So we almost didn't go back to try dinner. But on the last night of the trip we were too tired to go anywhere, so we gave it a shot. I am so glad we did. It was very much unexpected. The server Theresa was so nice and she was very knowledgeable about the menu. She was very attentive and even though she was the only server there and very busy she never made us wait very long with our stopping by to check on us. She convinced me to try the Pork Chop and I was so pleased . The asparagus was cooked perfectly the red potatoes were delicious and the pork chop with the apple chutney on top was cooked to perfection. I wish I would have taken pics but I had left my phone in the room on the charger. My wife got the crab cakes and she was also equally pleased with her choices. Overall I give the experience a 9 out of 10 , only missing the 10 mark because it was a tad bit cold for the time of night it was. I had to go up to the room to get my wife's jacket at one point.

I absolutely love this place. Whether you have a room at the hotel or walk-in you can either order a buffet or from the menu. I love the menu because you have such a nice variety and everything is fresh. The person who makes the omelets gives you a variety of ingredients to choose from and they're not overly fluffy they're well done and I'm not a person really for omelettes but at this hotel they're fantastic. I attended Sapphire on Monday Memorial Day and I asked if they did discounts for military. My waitress said they did not and I thought wow Memorial Day and they don't give discounts to vets okay. I asked to talk to the manager about this and the manager listen to what I had to say because I suggested they do military discounts Memorial Day and Veterans Day just to show their appreciation you know maybe just 10% but she listen to me. The manager took 20% off of my bill so that was very generous of her and she said she would pass along the idea. So anytime I want to go out and enjoy great food for only $16 which includes coffee and Juice I'm going to come back here

Very nice option when staying at the hotel. Had the mushroom flatbread for lunch which was very good. Then short ribs, grouper ratatouille another time with my daughter. Very good! Would return.

Came to Charleston SC to see my Buddy, Jack Dickerson. We came here and we absolutely loved it! And Jack hates everything! We ate at the bar and Karen, the bartender, was awesome! I actually saw Jack smile a bit! Food was great with decent portions and good service! Jack says he’ll be back since he lives close by.

Not bad at all for a hotel restaurant , the food was good I ate there multiple times even though Charleston has a competitive food scene

This establishment serves a fine meal and generous portion sizes. Overall, the restaurant is not a bad place to dine and certainly does justice to the hotel’s amenities.

The Pepperoni Flat bread is the best. I've been here twice in a week and it's better the 2nd time. That's all I had left when I got this question.
