Swig & Swine Downtown - Charleston - Photo album

I came here with a friend before we had to go home and it was definitely worth it. The whole place was really nice to be in and the decor was very thoughtful. We sat at the bar and ordered a few dishes while chatting with the friendly bartender. All of the food was delicious, rich and extremely flav
Went here for brunch when I was in Charleston for the weekend. It was not packed which was nice for a Saturday and our server was awesome! I didn’t love the chicken and waffles (mostly because I prefer Belgian waffles) but the mimosa was great and I loved the feel of the restaurant! My husband got t
Very nice atmosphere and they have a text your phone option for the seating wait list. The food is always good here, fresh and flavorful. I’ve been here several times as I visit Charleston a couple times a year for work. This visit the service was not quite as good as usual. But still ok. I was a
Made reservations. Two of us enjoyed our meals. I had the shrimp and grits. Wife had a small salad and a cup of crab bisque. My dish was delicious. Place is well located next to the Market. Service was fast and friendly. Ate inside on the second floor. But in the future would ask for a table on the
Got a reccomendation from the tshirt shop next door and some dudes walking by that just ate there. Glad we went! Not expensive and the food was fantastic. Our waitress was lovely and friendly! Great spot! And the outdoor seating was really nice
Not cheap... But absolutely a great value! I make it a point to go to low country bistro whenever I'm in Charleston. The ingredients are top notch, and exemplify the locally sourced farm to table philosophy. The dishes are meticulously prepared and pleasing to the eye, tongue, and stomach. In partic
Loved it! I've had some of the best in the country and this is right up there! Great cocktails to start along with a good craft beer selection. I got brisket and pulled pork, she got burnt ends(brisket) the sides were mac n cheese, beans w/brisket, corn pudding and collard greens. Had some delicious
This place was delicious! It was recommended by several locals and we're so glad we listened. We got the crab cake sandwich, crab melt, she crab soup (yes, we love crab), and crawfish fritters. Everything was absolutely delicious and if we ever find ourselves back in Charleston I will without a doub
Food was delicious. I ordered the chicken and waffle. You get 2 pieces: breast and thigh. It was fallen off the bone good. The waffle had bits of bacon in it...yum. And the pecan butter was a great addition. The swordfish sandwich was super moist and flavorful. We also got the cucumber and tomato sa
Yes, please! We went last night and they let us know right away that they had a big party seated upstairs and what our seating options were. We opted for the bar and it was just a great experience! We ordered the succotash and the grilled chicken. They had mentioned that it was their first day on
We were attending a conference and our dinner cruise got cancelled due to weather. They welcomed our large group with a few hours notice. Then gave us great service. The drinks and food were amazing. I had the swordfish with crab risotto. Both were cooked perfectly. We finished the night with fresh
Great atomsphere, we were able to make a reservation no problem. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and patient. The food was amazing and I was pleasantly surprised that they use 9 local farms. Wine list adequate. I would recommend the fried green tomatoes.
Delicious food, wonderful server! Refreshing drinks. We ordered the Shrimp/Andouille Sausage Gumbo, grits, and Biscuit and Gravy. OH MY! Plate licking good!! The Cranberry Lemonade Sparkler was very refreshing on the 90+ degree day. The Market St Sangria was also very tasty! 10/10!!!
Great brunch. French toast I ate here may have been the best I have ever had. If you sit upstairs, you can watch the horse-drawn carriages go by. Views from our table.
We stoped here while on a food tour of the city. The dish we samples was great. Service was good. I will definitely try come here again!
Great dinner with the family. The family platter was totally the way to go! The Mac and cheese was to die for, beans and Cole Slaw as well. The ribs, wings, smoked turkey and brisket were awesome. The only downside was our waiter was more interested in flirting with the waitresses than service.
Very cozy restaurant right on the market. Staff was super friendly and attentive! Our food and bloodys were amazing!! Highly recommend this place!
Visiting Charleston for our anniversary and this place is a gem! Great service and absolutely delicious food. I had the fried flounder and devoured it like a maniac with no regrets. Get a patio table at night time. There was nice live music outside as well which was great!
