Haven't been to many Zaxby's but this is one of the nicest ones. The staff was very nice and super quick too before I even payed the food was basically ready. The inside of the store is also super nice like a proper restaurant. Also one other huge upside there is tons of parking.
Love coming here after church! The restaurant is always super clean and the staff is very friendly. I truly believe that Zaxby's has the best chicken tenders! I love a Zax Snack tossed in tongue torch! So dang yummy!
The customer service is pretty good! The food is ok but their grease needs go be changed (My fries always looks like they've sat in bad grease)
The food was as expected and acceptable. The value very disappointing. 3 chicken strips and 4 bone-in wings hidden in a bed of crinkle fries for 18 dollars. Oh, and a piece of toast. I was not impressed.
Outstanding food and friendly service from the employees. I had "The Blue" salad and make no mistake this thing is not for the light hearted, its pretty healthy with blue cheese. Also Zaxby's did not skimp out on the chicken at all! Add 5 tongue torcher wings and you have what I call "The healthy bachelor". Enjoy!
This is one of the best zasby around. Good service and they get you in and out very quickly.
Service is quick and efficient. Their speed is up there with Chic! Very impressive, esp during lunch.
Fast, friendly service. Variety filled menu that is reasonably priced. I love the teriyaki dipped chicken fingers!!!
I am not going to lie, we had completely stopped coming to this location. The service was always terrible, orders wrong, missing items, took forever. We would drive past this one to the other West Ashley location. Yesterday we didn't have time and decided to risk it. During the lunch rush, no less. Well let me just tell you they knocked it out of the park. The line was to the street when we pulled in. It moved very fast. Our service was excellent. Our order was exact and the food was fresh and delicious! So happy to say we will come back to our "home" location again! Thank you so much! ( This was 3/23/22 just before noon and we did use the drive thru.)
I have never had a bad experience at this location. But today was exceptional. The manager working today was polite, pleasant and had piping hot food out quickly. She deserves a raise! She is doing a fantastic job.
Your price for you 10count traditional wings are out the roof!!! 15.00 for 10 Wings!!! And they are small. I was over charged but I came back the next day and the nice manager did me right. I tried to tell the young lady at the window when I paid that it was too much for my order. She kept saying that she was not on the mic when I placed my order but she didn't bother to look at the ticket before she was handing my food to me. So I came back and saw the manager.
I just had to leave a review. This Zaxby is the best, food never sloppy, Customer Service top notch. I past one other Zaxbys just to come to this location. That other Zaxbys near West Ashley High School, could learn a whole lot from this location. Keep up the good work guys.
We got 2 entrees with coleslaw as a side but didn't receive spoons or forks to eat it with...
