My order came out just as I asked for, something strange in other McDonald's establishments. I had a question about whether to order here again due to my past experiences but the store manager told me that I shouldn't worry because this time everything would be perfect and she did comply. the service I received at the counter was pretty good too.. 10/10 to this place me and my kids will always come back
I love this place! The manager and her team do an excellent job so that the client leaves satisfied. It is my favorite Mcdonalds in all of Charleston!
There are very few McDonald's that have good service, instead this team strives to make your experience the best! They are attentive to details and have very good attention, I will definitely come back soon

Recently stopped at this McDonalds to buy a snack wrap, small fry and a large Coke after a 5 month hiatus from this location (due to a truly awful experience). I figured I'd give them another chance and see how they may have improved. First of all, the snack wrap was superb; it was wrapped tightly and filled perfectly. Fries were hot and the order was made promptly. None of the employees that gave me a serious problem seemed to be working there anymore. This has been a massive improvement and I'm glad I returned!
