They've been around for years and we've used them a few times. Work has been more than acceptable and the facility is well kept for the most part, the shed on the end of the property towards Charleston could use a little work and cleaning up around it, otherwise no complaints.
My friends and I popped a tire over the bridge and your staff member Matt, very kindly came up over and helped us change out our tire. Hard working and respectful staff, he was very helpful!
Excellent service. Their app makes things effortless to request your boat at the dock. The storage and loading fees are much cheaper than others in the area. Friendly staff and excellent customer service will be a customer for the rest of my residency in Charleston.
Put wrong hoses on, clamped water source from entering and exiting. Bought in Florida, brought back here. Boat was in excellent condition. They have no mechanics that are certified in fixing boats. We thought this would be a great place 6 months later we have paid over $3000.00 the problem was to on
They will literally hold your boat and not allow you to put it in the river even if it is completely normal conditions. I can't believe my friend pays these people to literally tell him no.
Shawn and Jimmy are the best! Jimmy knows his stuff and has been a blessing for our ol' Chaparral. Shawn has done everything he can to help us and has been 100% open about everything. We've spent alot of money with them and plan on continuing to do business with Trojan! Thanks for everything!!!!
Told me a price on a boat so i put a deposit on it then after the boat shows up on the lot now they said its 20k more then i was told. this place is a joke
The first time unloaded boats there from xpress good friendly people they get you unloaded fast keep up the great work
