The delivery is very good here. The manager Nick is very professional and polite. He goes out of his way to make the customer happy.

Monical's pizza always tastes great, but in my opinion it's way over priced. There are other better options for the same money. My 3 stars are based on price AND taste. 4.5 stars on taste alone.
The Monicals in Charleston is nice, but very dark inside, and the pizza was not the same as at other Monicals we have been to. Food was just subpar and the staff was less than helpful. I felt like they looked through us the whole time we were there. The restaurant was not clean and if I were to compare it to the Monical's in other cities, this would rate the worst one.
Came here for lunch on 5/17/2022 food was good but took forever and if server got any slower she would be going backwards took 10 min to seat us and 19min to even get our order and was not busy

Very good vegetarian pizza. Another favorite is their Italian roast beef sandwich. An extra is whole peperoncini which compliments this sandwich. Give it a try l believe you will agree.
