Great Italian basic dishes. The Mare was good, the fresh mozzarella was divine. Professional service, lively, busy place. Decor starting to feel a bit dated, but tidy. I'll be back!

We went to Toscana for the 1st time to celebrate my 2 girl friends birthday. The food was excellent, our server Ryan was great & the whole experience of dinning there was memorable. Thank you for treating us to dessert to celebrate my friends birthday. I will definitely be going back there again.
I take my recommendations very seriously and are quite often held accountable for them. No problems ever sending people here. They get it right every single time. Exceptional service delivering an outstanding product. And if you're lucky enough to speak with the owner, you'll go home even happier, as he is an incredible host. Lucky to have this place!!!

Queen's Feast! It was perfect - from the Insalata to Crab Encrusted Sea Bass to Ricotta Cheesecake. Great wine. Wonderful service. Fabulous friends.

Best Italian food I have ever eaten. Do yourself a favor and go! The tiramisu is the best this side of Italy. The atmosphere is amazing. Make sure to make a reservation as this is a very popular restaurant. Amazing food and service.

Excellent service and wonderful Italian meal. Came here with my colleagues for dinner. They were extremely busy which was a great sign. We got one of each appetizer and were all delicious. I ended up ordering the halibut special with crab meat and pasta. Halibut was perfectly seared and cooked. Looking around at empty plates everyone else liked it as well. Dessert wise the canolli was my favorite. Flavorful but not too overtly sweet. Awesome little Italian gem here in Charlotte.

We sat outside. And it was a beautiful evening in Charlotte. It felt like being somewhere in Italy. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were excellent.
If you want really good Italian seafood, beyond spaghetti and meatballs, this is where you go. I had a fantastic Branzino dish here that normally I can only get when in Florida. Drinks are good here too.
Staffs are attentive but I wouldn’t say they are friendly. The restaurant is located in the specialty shops behind Southpark mall.
Stopped in Wilkes Barre on the back home for Christmas, went to Cafe Toscana restaurant for dinner. Everything about the restaurant was fantastic, highly recommend going here !

The food here is wonderful and definitely at the top of my list for Italian fine dining in Charlotte. It makes me very sad to have to deduct a star for this restaurant because the management can't seem to get a staff to stand behind this wonderful food.
I have been to the restaurant several times and for special occasions over the past 5 years and the food is always beyond expectations. This is not your normal Italian American restaurant that only serves spaghetti and meatballs. This is authentic Italian from the region that really reflects its rich Mediterranean culture.
That being said the service has to be fixed. I have been in the restaurant while the owner was present and there seems to be a strong level of arrogance that is standing in the way of perfection.
No matter how good the food may be the way you are treated can put a bad taste in your mouth. Please management and ownership read these ratings, hear the praise for your food and the fix the customer service to match!
Best Italian food in Charlotte. Lively atmosphere and busy for a Thursday evening. The servers don't rush you. The meal was fabulous, from drinks to dessert. This restaurant has been a favorite of ours for years.
What a stunning delight to find one of the best Italian restaurants in America in Charlotte. My wife enjoyed the amazing Branzino and I the Clams over Linguine with red sauce. It’s a dish I’ve eaten all over the country…and this is the best I’ve ever had! Flawless! The clams fresh, linguine perfectly al dente and the red sauce dead so savory I dredged the bowl with bread to get the very last drop. You simply must experience Toscana! It’s as good as a trip to Tuscany!
The food was DELICIOUS! The staff accommodated our large party with such care and attentiveness. They made the birthday woman feel special and just made it such a beautiful experience.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan, who was my server! I had an amazing time. The food was absolutely delicious. I had Califuria rosé. I had the Mars entrée with ceviche as an appetizer. Ryan's service was above and beyond also super friendly.
It's a very beautiful restaurant, service is great every time when I visit. The food is so delicious, highly recommend to everyone.
Toscano saved our 50th anniversary. Scheduled our dinner for Barrington’s but we were treated like tatterdemalions. Nothing Barrington’s did met our prearranged reservations. We left and Toscano made room for us, put a notice about our anniversary and provided a FABULOUS meal. It saved a dreadful beginning but made for a delightful evening.
Simply Amazing . I got the lasagna and it was divine! Service was amazing 11 out of 10 experience.
