We ordered the Chicken Alfredo and Tortellini Ham and Onions, with the Ceasar sald for the starter. The waitresses (which wasn't the most attentive) brought out the bread sticks and salads. The bread sticks were nice and hot but super bland and dry. The salad was delicious. The mains came out. The T
Chicken was over cooked. Otherwise all good with shrimp scampi and chicken Marseille. Large portions, reasonable prices.
Charming and authentic, phenomenal food perfectly served. Took my sister in law and friend visiting Charlotte from Florida. They loved everything. Marvelous, fast, attentive service, and vegetarian choices for her friend that were yummy. My Chicken parm was so good and enough left over for lunch tom
Not great photos as I was on the go.
The food was great and priced fairly
Out for lunch and discovered this quaint Italian restaurant, complete with a brick oven. Group of 10 quickly seated. Waitstaff was very attentive. Delicious entrees cooked to perfection. Lots of beverage selections to pair with every item on the menu--salads, pizzas, a large variety of pasta dishes,
Great experience, great food, except maybe the meatballs. Service was awesome and consistent from the moment we walked in throughout the entire meal. Appetizer, bread, salads, soup and entrees were all very good dishes (except as noted with the meatballs which seemed to be apart from the rest of
Came here for lunch with coworkers and the food was amazing! Our server Michelle was also so kind.we got to try out a couple of things on the menu and they did not disappoint! We will be back!
One of the best place to eat Italian food in Charlotte.
The pizza is very nice and delicious. The taste is perfect, with enough flavor to make it delicious but not too strong too. The pasta is excellent. The taste is really good, and tasted like authentic Italian food even though you are eating it
Food was fantastic and at a good price. Portions were enough for two meals, really. Service and atmosphere need some improvement to come up to the same level, seems like only the chef wanted to come to work.
Would still recommend, the cooking was great.
Food is always top notch at any Portofinos in the area! Plus, if something isn't on the menu at one location, like my favorite calzone, just ask! The staff can usually accommodate you. We went at an odd time of the night so our service wasnt "knocked out of the park" but we were well taken care of.
Seated quickly.
Clean establishment.
Greeting from waitress was a bit delayed.
Food from kitchen was fast.
Chicken on salad was a bit overdone but there was a lot of it.
Both dishes tasted great.
First time at Portofino's of Ayrsley and let us just say we were very impressed with the food and the service provided by Enrique was top notch. If you have an opportunity to visit this restaurant while in Charlotte please do. I would say the better of all the Portofino's in the Charlotte/Indian La
