(Update 2/24)Thank you Jameson and the 37 Sol team for going above and beyond for remedying our last visit. Tonight’s experience was a complete 180, all the food was delicious and the service top notch. Our friends also had a great time and I’m sure we’ll be a regular sight in the restaurant.

Had a good lunch here, however dinner was a completely different story. Started off fine, my wife enjoyed her cocktail and we both liked the apps. However, the shrimp in her shrimp and grits were rubbery, dry, and slightly crispy.
I ordered the chicken sandwich, and while initially thought the only flaw was timid seasoning, I found it to be underdone towards the thicker part. I will say that the jalapeño slaw was very good.
Service was also a bit of a miss. Our waitress started off friendly, but seemed much more hurried later into the meal. Our app plates (the ones the food came on, not the small bread plates) were never cleared from the table even though one held nothing but discarded corn cobs. Before we were even done with our food the check was dropped off without a word (I don't know if there are desserts on the menu, but we certainly weren't offered any, not any after dinner drinks...)
I was waiting for a decent time to bring up the cook issues with our proteins, just as a comment since I'd eaten most of the chicken before discovering the issues, and my wife usually doesn't like to complain and had eaten all but one of the shrimp. We sat there with a table of dirty plates, but nothing was cleared away and no one stopped to do anything. Finally we decided just to put down a card which was promptly snatched up before we could say anything. Deciding it wasn't worth it, we signed the check and left, and even as we walked out the door our dirty plates still sat on the table.
Was really hoping that we'd have a better experience since it's the nicest looking restaurants in the area, but I guess not...

We had a fantastic time for Sunday brunch! This place is a hidden gem right by the outlets. All the food comes in fresh everyday, no freezers or processed foods here! Our server Kayla did a fantastic job and was very attentive and conversational. She was so knowledgeable about the menu! We will be coming back.

I would highly recommend 37Sol to everyone. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, the service is unparalleled to any restaurant in the area.
We had brunch at 37Sol this morning for my son’s 34th birthday. The food was awesome, the ambience was perfect and the server, Kayla, was phenomenal. She attended to a table of 15 and accommodated our every request in a prompt and professional manner. I’m a native Charlottean and I can honestly say I can’t ever remember having the quality of customer service we had today from Kayla at any other Charlotte restaurant of which we’ve dined in a very long time!!!
Also, much thanks to Hannah for checking in on us throughout our visit!

My wife and I enjoyed a Memorial Day late lunch here yesterday and we were very pleased with our meal. We shared the Flank Steak Quesadilla and it was very nicely seasoned. We also had the Queso Blanco with chorizo as an appetizer. That chorizo made all the difference and it really added to our meal. The ambiance inside the restaurant is excellent. I highly recommend 37Sol Southwest Kitchen & Tequila if you are looking for a good meal while shopping at the Charlotte Outlets.
Beautiful place with amazing ambiance. Wonderful outdoor dining concept. Food was good, drinks menu is epic, service (Brooke) was truly one of a kind.
I absolutely love this place and our server Brooke was the best waitress we’ve ever had! The food and atmosphere was amazing!
First time visiting and dining, but it won't be the last. Our server, Melody provided great customer service. I ordered the shrimp and grits. I opted for the creamy grits vs. the grit cakes. The dish tasted amazing!! Thanks 37 Sol for the great dining experience!

I tried the brunch today for the first time and it was delicious...I had the steak “hash” plate with coffee. Service and ambience are always 5 star! So glad to have 37 sol in Steele Creek.
Delicious food and great service. Salmon with tomato bacon salsa paired with smoked gouda grits is innovative and tasty. Hubby had the bison enchiladas and said they were fantastic as well. Cocktails were yummy and our server Morgan was knowledgeable and attentive. Can’t wait to go back!
Waitress Brooke was amazing! She was very knowledgeable on the menu with great personality. I would recommend anyone in the Charlotte area to try this restaurant.
Love love love this place. Tequila bar is like no other. Never had a better server than Brooke. Such a GREAT personality she has. Everyone should ask for her. She’s definitely the face of this place thus far. Margaritas are all hand made. That had me at HELLO!
Hanna is one of the best managers I’ve come across and not only provides amazing food but also proper dining experience unlike the other restaurants I’ve been to.
We tried 37 Sol on a last-minute date night dinner outing, and it was totally worth the visit! We both had tasty cocktails alongside our chips & queso (with added beef, which definitely added to the flavor). I had the Pork Tower, which was fairly spicy and had such a large portion of pork throughout. She had the Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla and had enough for leftovers! We both really enjoyed the meal and atmosphere. Very spacious inside with nice ambiance in lighting. There is a cool fire pit outdoors if you are looking for that vibe.
Will definitely revisit or invite friends next time!
Joined some friends at 37 Sol tonight for our annual girls Christmas get together and I cannot thank them enough for providing such an amazing experience. Our waitress was prompt and helpful when it came to menu selections and just overall service was excellent. The food and drinks were wonderful and tasted very fresh. We split the beef nachos and tuna pops as an appetizer and for my meal I ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas. Everything was absolutely phenomenal. The manager also came and spoke with us to ensure we were enjoying our meal. They were busy as I expected around the holidays, however that did not affect our experience or service one bit. 10/10 would recommend.
Very kind staff. Food was great and tasted authentic. I'm vegetarian and had their black bean and sweet potato enchiladas (comes with 2) with beans and rice on the side. Meal was $13. It was not overly salty as some restaurants do. Felt healthy. Not a cheap spot, but not what I'd call expensive either. Cocktail added $9.
Incredible spot! We're new in town and this is the first restaurant we stopped by. Our server Evan was so sweet and gave us great recommendations. We got the beef enchiladas and grilled shrimp and both were outstanding. The serving size was very generous too. Margaritas were fire, so refreshing and paired perfectly with our food I could have easily downed 5 of them. I would recommend this place all day and night! Can't wait to go back. 😋
We stopped here for brunch while traveling through Charlotte before hitting the outlet malls. What a hidden gem 💎!! One of the freshest Palomas I’ve ever had. I got the breakfast burrito which was massive, flavorful and delicious. My friend got the chicken and grits which she said was amazing. Great atmosphere. Excellent service! Would definitely recommend.
We dined in for lunch and were very satisfied! I really enjoyed the steak & fries dish ( cannot recall the actual name of it). It was very filling. Customer service was great too. I will visit again in the future for sure!
Came here for a quick stop and it wasn’t too busy on a Thursday night. Food came out quick, hot, and looking good. If you’re not too hungry I recommend getting two tacos, different flavors to try. If you are hunger the rice bowls are more food. Good price for the quality we got. Service was good. We came in when it was dark outside and it looked dark around the bar. Other then that it was very spacious with a sophisticated atmosphere.
Easy location and great service. Delicious food! You can sit inside or outside. It’s family friendly but they do have a bar as well.

This place is amazing came with my family…Doug the manager is GREAT and our waitress ashley was great and so friendly …Doug made us a delicious cranberry spiced margarita for us which was so great and so fresh we highly recommend!
First time visiting, and I loved it. The food was amazing. My friends and family also enjoyed it. I made reservations for 8. Our waiter did not check on us much but he was nice. The tacos are great. Kid friendly menu.
One word- AWESOME! Fantastic southwestern food. Good drinks. Good service. Definitely recommend. I had the beef enchilada and it was the best I ever had. Queso was great and chunky salsa good.
👍Fancy and nice place for dinner with friends. The burger was so good and yummy 😋, but our bartender was very cold and not friendly. She was okay, but we expected a more attentive reception 🍸🍸🍸.....
This was my first time here. I came for restaurant week and it was absolutely delicious! Drinks were great, the food was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was pretty laid back. I enjoyed it!
This was the first visit for us at 37 Sol. What a unique spot. Specializing in Southwestern cuisine and they did just that! Our appetizer was breaded tuna lollipops and they were delicious. Entrees were grilled chipotle tuna and grilled sea bass. Both were excellent. Our server Kristen had the perfect combination of being attentive while not being in your face. We are visiting North Carolina for a few days and alas when we return home we will not find any 37 Sols in Canada. Hopefully soon...
