Dilworth Grille is the best! They were so accommodating to our staff holiday part and the food was so good! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone! Steven the server was awesome!
I hadn't eaten here in years until tonight. I am in the process of training a service dog for my PTSD (do not recommend going that route if you can afford a pro, but that's how I'm having to do it), and a lot of restaurants do the bare minimum to tolerate him and me. Tonight, though, Anthony went out of his way to be super accommodating. Really made me feel like I belonged there as much as anyone else would, even bringing out a big bucket of water for my dog to drink from, and did not attempt to touch or distract the dog at all. There are not a lot of places that will offer me that kind of absolute acceptance, and I tend not to go out to eat as often as I would like as a result. But I didn't feel like I was being judged at all--I was just a customer having dinner with a friend, and I appreciate that so much.
Best bar in Charlotte! Fantastic staff, food, drinks and patio. Don't miss this place.
I order lunch from Dilworth sbout twice a week through Door Dash. I am absolutely addicted to their chicken caesar salad. Only once was my order incorrect, but Dilworth immediately took care of the issue and had someone from the restaurant deliver it to me at work. That was so impressive to me that they cared enough to do to that trouble that I have told everyone I know about this place! The food is great, but the people are what makes it stand out.
Great atmosphere! Every time I have visited Dilworth Grille I have had a great experience! The service is friendly and professional and the food and drinks are great! This is a Great place to hang out and watch football. Thanks for your continued hospitality!

Love Dilworth Grille. We go there frequently to watch sporting events. Zack was our waiter yesterday. He was great. Will be back soon. Great food!!!
First time there - staff was great, food was awesome, our server Steve put a smile on our faces and had our drinks to us quickly! Will definitely go back next time I'm in town! Highly recommend the beer cheese pretzel dip!
Panthers Roaring Riot fan club spot to watch the games. They have a designated section downstairs for the fan club. There is plenty of room and a dj playing music during commercial breaks and half time. The service tonight was great, the food delicious and they serve the Roaring Riot beer produce by NoDa brewing.
everyone is great ... very friendly staff and the customers were great also... I love going there when I'm in town, you cant beat the great food and drink specials they have every day
Great time, great service and really enjoyed good food. They hosted a reception for Pfeiffer University Alumni Group and really did an outstanding job
Highly recommend this place
I reserved a large table at Dilworth Neighborhood Grille last night for the Duke/Carolina game. While our party was large and the bar was packed, the staff was attentive and helped make our experience memorable. The food and drinks are always great, and there is always a fun crowd during big events.
The Dilworth Grille is a solid place to grab lunch or dinner and is a great spot to watch sports on the weekends. These are my thoughts on them after about 4 years of stopping by here.
Currently, it is the Steelers bar in Charlotte- which replaced Fitzgerald's after it closed due to the pandemic. For fellow Steelers fans, head downstairs during a game day to find where all the yinzers are at.
With regard to food, everything I've had is reliable and what you'd expect for a meal at a sports bar/grille. A lot of people mention the wings which are good, but my go-to (which in my opinion is above the mark) is the build your own salad. It's delicious, a great bang for your buck ($10.45 starting), they don't limit you on toppings, most of the toppings are free, and they don't skimp you on portions when you order a lot of stuff (and for that I love them). One of the few places I'll think to pick up food because the portions for prices are worth it.
Stop by here for a bite or beer, especially during sporting events.
We was greeted and said when I entered. The staff is very friendly and polite. It was crowded. I think it was the lunch. I will rush but I still receive my food and a decent amount of time. I have the club wrap with sweet potato fries and that Caesar salad was good as well.
Honestly, this is an important review for me, as I think a lot of this establishment—but alas, it is time to put it in writing.
Dilworth Neighborhood Grille is pretty freaking fantastic for what it is…and even for what it is not – in fact ☝️I would go so far as to say that within its niche that it cannot be beat.
And what niche might that be you may be wondering? Niche being that of the casual sports bar, slingin’ drinks and serving american/bar food in Charlotte.
The food is some of the best bar food I’ve had anywhere around—and it is nothing if not consistent. The menu is pretty extensive for bar food, and seriously: everything is good, can’t go wrong.
Inside and outside bar seating all surrounding the fully stocked center bar, as well as high top and low top seating in both areas. You can’t look anywhere in this place without seeing a TV screen, an important feature for many.
And BONUS Y’ALL: they’re open until 2am..you know, like a REAL bar (kitchen shuts down a little earlier, but you’ve got until at least 1:30AM most nights).
I feel I should circle back on the use of “casual” here…almost flirting with a little bit a dive vibe; however, TO BE CLEAR, this is part of DNG’s sex appeal—bc deep down, it is not a dive at all. It is clean, extremely well run, lightning fast kitchen, great service…in a nutshell, they’re running a TIGHT SHIP ☝️ but have still managed to hold onto the super chill, dive-like VIBE: and this is the source of its magic.
Our server was quick to take care of our needs. The food portions were good and full of flavor. It was good bar food. Worth making a stop.
Let me tell you, it was my first time there but it will not be my last. I really like the place. Nice looking bar. Very nice staff. Good food and even better drinks. Only tried one of the pizzas, so I need to try other things but I'm confident the food will always be good. Check this place out.
The food and service was great 💯 I had the build your own salad. It was outstandingly FRESH everything was crispy. My sister had the Buffalo chicken blue cheese sandwich with sweet potato fries that was outstanding as well. Great place to go have a great meal and a great atmosphere.
Great experience, I was there early for a football game. Service was top-notch, they changed the TVs to what I wanted to view immediately. The shareable steak nachos that I ate were amazing, so much that I left nothing on the plate. Will definitely be returning.
Sadly we were at the DNG to watch the Jets lose but at least we had incredible food and unbelievable service. Our server was really amazing. She was getting all of our drinks in such a quick fashion and there was a lot of us. The food was delicious too. We had steak nachos and the wings, both incredible. Can’t wait to go back to watch the Jets lose again.
This is a large bar / restraunt with a medium sized menu. We ended up sitting in the large wrap around booths in the back which were very comfortable. Wait staff was very prompt and attentive. We tried the chicken tacos, steak hoagie, and a pork sandwhich. The pork was good but the sandwhich had a strong mustard that deterred from the flavor. The steak hoagie was awesome. The steak was really flavorful and juicy and I can't say enough good. That brings me to the tacos, the chicken was so tender it was almost like eating salmon. It must marinate for awhile but I loved it. So much dry chicken out there and this was not the case here! Definitely recommend you give them a try if in the area.
I haven't been here in a long time since we moved further south, but I just had the wings and they were delicious!
Ordered the steak hoagie and taters tots. The steak was seasoned very well. My husband got the hog pie with lots of meats. It was delicious too!
We were in Charlotte and walked over. We ordered drinks. Our server was nice, and she was quick with our drinks. The food came out, wasn't particularly fast or slow. The food was great. The atmosphere in the bar was cool, felt like a good time was being had by all.
My best friend and I came here and had breakfast for dinner and it was awesome. Our server who I only recall being called honeybee by her family was so nice and she was super helpful. The omlet was stuffed with fillings and the eggs Benedict was delicious. This is my favorite place to go for breakfast for dinner!
Hosting an event for 35 people. Alex was great to work with. Food was awesome and our server was the greatest.
