After hearing plenty of good things about this place, I finally decided to stop by recently and get some breakfast sandwiches.
The layout of the market makes it a little crowded. There's no seating, so all food is taken to go. You order at the deli counter and then pay separately at the cashier.

They have gluten-free bread as an option and their sandwiches are so good! It is walk up counter service, no seating. The line can get really long and it gets crowded since it's such a small place
I found Belovd super bars here!!! These things are awesome for a quick energy boost before a workout. Raspberry is my fave (sold out😫) but my safety second (coconut) was still available.

This is a regular stop....sandwiches are always great and I love the great local beer selection. On top of all that, they have some really great wine! Awesome to grab a quick meal and also be able to pick up a nicer bottle of wine that isn't overpriced. Only complaint is that it gets really busy

Best deli in Charlotte! Great sandwiches both breakfast and lunch, and great selection of various snacks! They also have a wide variety of wine and beer. I recommend this place to all of my friends!
Egg salad sandwich on toasted croissant is my go to. I love Pepe’s breakfast sandwich, I always add avocado, any time of day.

This is the best place ever. The coffee- no frills but so delicious, you fill your own cup with such delicious roast. The breakfast sandwiches-incredible, never have had a bad bite to eat. The atmosphere - a bunch of the greatest people you will ever meet

Best sandwich I've had in Charlotte by miles. I had the #14 on a baguette and the broccoli salad and both were delicious and fresh. Good quality bread and ingredients, great combination of flavors. Looking forward to working my way through the menu!
I am so glad I stumbled upon this place. It will definitely become my go to for freshly prepared breakfast sandwiches and more. I recommend the Americano ( Egg, sausage, bacon and cheese). Laurel Market, you are a local hidden gem in Charlotte. The quality and freshness of food here it’s consistan without a doubt. It’s own by a family from Central America, pretty much a family run market. It reminds me of the deli in NYC but made with love.
How to maneuver if you are a first timer:
This place is a hidden gem. The food is great and the sandwiches are phenomenal! The #6 on sourdough is delicious. As far as the staff and customer service goes, I've never had a bad experience. They've always been nice to me and greeted me with a smile.
Hidden local deli with amazing unique sandwiches. It is small, busy, and there is no seating. Your order will be take out. The store part of it has a variety of drinks (wine, local craft beer, health drinks, etc). There is also homemade desserts, side dishes, and healthy choices. Really unique
