Charlotte Airport Chick-Fil-A located at 5501 Josh Birmingham Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28208 next to Gates A and B in the Airport is a high volume store. Food is freshly made as there is so much turnover in product. Employees were very friendly and upbeat. No wonder their line is always long!!

Highly recommended! The line looks scary and long, but the service is actually really quick! I started at the back of the line with about 16+ people in front of me, and ended at the cashier within 10 minutes.
Food and quality is really great, tastes fresh and delicious and overall a yummy meal.

Natasha and Denise made our day by being super friendly and personable. They greeted us warmly and wished us well as we left. This was easily the best customer service we have ever received at an airport.

Catching up on reviews. I stopped here to get a quick bite to eat for breakfast once my plane landed on Monday, 09-05-22. It was early Labor Day morning, I wasn't cooking anything once I got home.

It was 5:30am and this place had a long line while all the other food establishments in the airport were lucky to have 3-4 guests. We had a late flight tonight with children and didn’t plan ahead that all places to eat closed at 10pm. This location was open until 10:30pm but they really hustled and stayed far past that time to take care of EVERYONE in line! I truly appreciate everyone!

Flight was delayed but was still able to get in an order around closing time. They seemed a bit understaffed and were out of all salad items but still had plenty of fried items to sell. Lines was super long but moved reasonably fast.
